It’s the best option & also I’m presently on the same boat . my ltd company has sponsorship license and I can switch my PSW into Skilled worker. The beauty of this is everything is done by myself without paying hefty fees to Solicitors

No… you are not allowed to set up LTD company while you are in Skilled worker visa… but your depend can do…
