Something that helped me with filming in public, is remembering how I view other people filming in public. For the most part, as long as you’re not being obnoxious or causing a scene, you’re a few seconds of those people’s day. Rarely do I think back on “those people I passed who were filming in public”. Don’t overthink it!
Hey man, that was awesome that you were able to record and share this pitch! I was totally putting myself in her shoes the whole time, and I thought you did a fantastic job. You took that educational approach, which I always appreciate, making sure the problem was clear and understood before explaining how your expertise can help. And you did it all without being pushy, arrogant, or overly intense - perfect balance. One thing that sometimes bugs me about this kind of sales pitch is when they keep saying "OBVIOUSLY" while educating me on the problem. It's like they assume everyone should already know this stuff, and I'm an idiot for not realizing it. But you didn't do that, and I'm grateful. You kept it informative without being condescending. Seriously, great job! Thanks for sharing your journey with us. :)
@@guentherishere I really appreciate that man! Thanks for the thoughtful comment. It’s really important to me that I do my best to be respectful to my prospects. I’ve been on the other end many times where the salesman was pushy and manipulative. Leaves a very bad taste in one’s mouth.
Im a video editor based out of Toronto and crated a content agency with my buddy who does the filming, I loved how confident you sounded in your pitches and I really like how you framed the importance of content creation to that wellness studio. Super good insight here and enjoyed the flow of the vlog! If you are ever in Toronto i'd love to get a coffee and introduce you to some cool people!
I need a video on how you post for business. When you said you use a third-party software and by the way, you are a hell of a businessman really learning a lot from your channel. I love the way you interact with your clients
Good stuff. That was great info. I recognized doing this BTS is a lot of work and I really appreciate you posting. I am moving towards the same business. Thanks a lot and keep hustlin
This is so informative! I am curious about your delivery/pitch approach -- how do you go about that; do you let the client know that their deliverables are ready and you'd like to show them in a meeting? Also - are these one-off jobs that you are trying to convert to retainer jobs; and what do you do if they seem like they only have the budget for a one-and-done shoot (whether you get that sense before or after shooting with them?) I would love a video on your client acquisition and retaining process!
@@chromatonestudios thanks for checking out the video! My method right now is to reach out to businesses I think could use my services, offer them a free mini demo shoot, and when the videos are ready, I ask them if I can stop by to show them the videos. at that point, I have a pretty good gauge if growing their social media presence is something that’s on their radar, and I tell them how I can help. Will talk more about it in the future!
This is amazing! Don't think that you talking to camera is boring. Just feels like a facetime video.
I appreciate that man!

Great point. Always good to remember that people aren't gonna remember you if you're not being annoying.
