One of my two U8I's Left volume is very low Even if my Mac's Sound Prefs is all to the left channel. This on green striped one I bought on eBay for $14 ppd. The black & red U8I I found on the elevator works fine... It would be nice to have good buds with my office work station Mac Mini And my living room iMac 20" Perhaps I need to reset the green pair. And ideas/advice Thanks J.C.
What is solution? I have same issue as your first issue, is there any way we can fix. It happened after around 3 years so all these, it worked pretty well
I HAD U8L THE FIRST MONTH I WAS USING IT WAS STILL OKAY. BUT THE DAY I THINK 2 MONTHS FROM THE DAY I BOUGHT IT NO LONGER WORKS. BUT STILL I KEEP IT. ANY RECODMMENDATION TO THIS PROBLEM?
The charge light never goes blue, lately. Phones still work fine with my Macs and MacOS Finicky pairing with Ubuntu on those Macs. Pairing IS the trick! Found my pair in an elevator A phone charger that I had already. 3 years now... They are still CHEAP on eBay Luck J.C.

I've had s set of U8I for a couple years with no problems until now, the volume will only go up halfway. Other than that I'm very happy with them.

Mine have no lights coming on at all n will not come on
