Weird issue. Everything seems to be working except the right one I’m getting no audio. However I hear the beeps when changing volume etc. just no music or regular sound? Tried everything I can think of. Paired to different devices. Forgot device etc. lights seem to be showing the correct things. What can I do to get the right side playing normally? Also when I take out of case. Put in ear. I’m not hearing the power on or connected prompt.

Trying to figure mine out.. When I press and hold one of them to turn it off, it just adjusts the volume (volume down for left and up for right). What am I doing wrong? (And to the maker, why the same press and hold for volume AND power off??)

doesnt work,whenever i press and hold it, the earbud just either adjusts the volume or stops playing any audio,what am i doing wrong?

These work fine with my laptop, however the sound repeatedly stops while using with android device.
