Pokémon Horizon is interesting, I can’t wait to see Fuecoco anime debut. It feels like it gives off a fire type gible vibes.
I am very interested in the rising Volt tacklers and their role in the series as well as why The Explorers want Liko’s pendant.
I wouldn't mind if Liko participated in the Paldea Gym Challenge. It'd be a great way for her & Sprigatito to try and get stronger. I'm more curious what her first Pokemon will be? I'd actually want her to catch the Pawmi on the airship as her first catch.

I am sure that she will get a charcadet which will evolve into armorouge.

I saw those episodes yesterday, and well, it was a bombshell to me. I really enjoyed them.
It's different from Ash, and I'm alright with that.
I can feel action vibes similar to Leon vs Ash battle, and it made my heart to tap really fast 😊
It looks to me like creators made some inspiration in other animes and I have the feeling that pokémon horizons will be like normal anime with interesting story. Cliffhanger with Sprigatito made me very curious.

The angle of pushing audience in the thick of a mystery/major event is a cool change of pace. Back when Satoshi was the protagonist, that only happens when the series/season about to enter its final arc.
This might happen I hope liko and Roy are friendly rivals both willing to get stronger also have a brother and sister relationship

I'm certain that Roy would catch Fuecoco that was under the Rising Volt Tacklers' care. I do hope we get to see more info about the mysterious Pokémon appeared in the last episode and to know who's the leader of the Explorers, and why they want Liko's pendant.

Did Liko actually said this? If so, what will she be the champion of exactly? I hope she means a regional one. If the writers are going for world champion, then I hope this is in a separate universe from main canon Ash. It's (irl) too soon for him to lose his title already.

I actually really like the idea of Ludlow secretly being with the explorers. I am not the biggest fun of the idea of him being Nidothing (btw Nidothing is the most hilarious name ever) because I think he has potential to hold a much deeper secret though we still don’t know how important Nidothing’s true identity will end up being. I also had the idea that maybe he knows something about Terapagos since he is a fisherman and Terapagos is a turtle so he could help Liko finding out more about the pedant.

It's possible that the anime will focus on retrieving the other gems (turtle like Pokemon) which will collectively become Terrapagos. And each one corresponds to one of the 18 Pokemon elements. Just my theory at least.

And considering Indigo Disk is based on Urashimataro, which also feature a Dragon King, this may not be a coincidence. Perhaps Rayquaza will have that rumored Tera Forme.

Fuecoco is for sure Looking for the Rising Volteccer Airship flag. (Maybe Fuecoco took a liking to the flag that is why he stayed on the ship)
They don't give mention that in episode 3 and then Have Roy find the flag at the end and don't make that set up into nothing.

Gym challenge would still be fun, especially since the characters are like tied to some legendary pokemon shenanigans.
Gym challenges can be implemented as a means to strengthen either Liko and Roy without making the Gym Challenge their "main goal".
Like it's weird for Liko and Roy to suddenly be strong enough to fight the Explorers competently without them having means to naturally be a "Strong enough trainer to do that".
It's like when Journeys did the Sword And Shield legendary arc, and Goh felt out of place in being given the role to handle a legendary pokemon so suddenly without giving the impression beforehand he is already a capable trainer to do that.

the entire logic of the show. Everyone has their Mons captured. Pikachu doesn’t like his ball but Ash still has it in his bag. Charizard the same. He has ownership of it regardless of it fly away to train and do its own thing. That Sol lion legendary he had isn’t his. He befriended it and it left and never came back. His story is done with. Ash had his chance. He does this every-time. He could have captured that Larvitar and told the mom he’s in good hands now. He had plenty of chances to catch both Latios and Latias since you already know they have to be caught in a pair! He’s reckless. I could go on and on about the things he could of did better but at the end of the day it’s the writers fault.

Besides, I find Liko as a grave disappointment. She's hesitant, hates to be in stressful situation, want the easy way out in everything, and a failure as a trainer. Meaning she's not a fitting successor to Ash after all.
