Welcome to Detroit, Michigan for the 2024 NFL Draft!
The NFL Draft festivities were held at Campus Martius Park, down Woodward Avenue to Hart Plaza.
Downtown Detroit is a vibrant area in the heart of the city known for its rich history, cultural attractions, and ongoing revitalization efforts. Here are some highlights:
RenCen (Renaissance Center): This iconic complex along the Detroit River is a symbol of the city's resurgence. It houses hotels, restaurants, shops, and the headquarters of General Motors.
Detroit Riverwalk: Stretching along the Detroit River, the Riverwalk offers beautiful views of the water and Canada beyond. It's perfect for walking, jogging, or simply enjoying the scenery.
Campus Martius Park: Often referred to as the "heart of the city," this lively public space hosts events, concerts, and festivals throughout the year. In winter, it transforms into a popular ice skating rink.
Greektown: Known for its Greek restaurants, bakeries, and vibrant nightlife, Greektown is a lively district filled with dining and entertainment options.

She looks great. Detroit mayor and all the people in michigan dedicated to reviving the city, theyve done a good job. And all the past work, people would be proud if they were still alive to see it. I hope it can keep getting better and people keep believing in it. Was there a building on the footprint of the new Hudson's tower? Or was it an empty lot and they just built from scratch? Great shots, what type of drone do you have?
That was the site of the JL Hudson's building that was demolished back in 1998.

Great job. You hit on many important landmarks and even highlighted them. To add, you even showed the q-line and people mover but you totally forgot the central train station Ford Co
Well I was focused on downtown where the draft will be. I do like the Ford HQ building though.
@@michaelanthonyvideos Understood, but I'm really hoping that people from out of town will spread out and see more of the city than just the few blocks around the draft areas.
I would have liked to have seen the award winning riverwalk. The wintergarden. Shots of Belle Isle. The Ambassador Bridge with the new Gordie Howe bridge in the background.
