Completed first 30 minutes with you . From next 30 minutes I did around 25 minutes of what I like and skipped rest. Best for daily purpose, build + burn 🔥💪
Recovering from a flu like fever and since I hadn't worked out for 4 days, I did this workout today. Was gracefully able to manage, although the dumbbell cardio made me tired here and there, which is not the case usually. Else, a great one hour workout and after the workout I felt very good in my body. Loved every bit. Thank you so much Chris ❤
Oh no, hope you’re doing better. Being sick is not fun at all. Just try to ease back slowly, don’t be too hard on yourself. You will get your strength back in no time ❤️
