    Wow what another brill workout..I did this this morning & it was brilliant.
    I actually loved this format too with the light cardio Inbetween.

    Thanks Chris. Love the 60 min workout with slow and control and focus on form. Not many creators do 60 min workouts and enjoy them when I want an hour workout. Thanks again.😅

    Completed first 30 minutes with you .
    From next 30 minutes I did around 25 minutes of what I like and skipped rest.
    Best for daily purpose, build + burn 🔥💪

    Recovering from a flu like fever and since I hadn't worked out for 4 days, I did this workout today. Was gracefully able to manage, although the dumbbell cardio made me tired here and there, which is not the case usually. Else, a great one hour workout and after the workout I felt very good in my body. Loved every bit. Thank you so much Chris ❤

      Just try to ease back slowly, don’t be too hard on yourself. You will get your strength back in no time ❤️

    Got this workout done tonight and it feels so good to be back into it with weights again! 🔥
