Just got mine and so far they are very nice I got transitional and that was huge when getting migraines and light sensitivity up

My current eyeglasses size is 53-17-138. I’m thinking to order this in small which is 52-18-136 or should I go with Medium better?

That hard case mentioned in your review - is it comes with eyeglasses by default, in the same box?
