Weird penalty for Evans. Just minor contact, not really anyone's fault. Then Evans gets penalized for Hughes' mistake at the next turn like almost 10 secs after the minor contact?
The minor contact was still on Mitch for sticking his wing up the inside when there was at best 30cm of space. Also Hughes didn't make a mistake, the contact gave him a rear puncture, hence the penalty
@@AdamKadillyou’re not meant to penalise the outcome, you’re meant to penalise the crime itself and tbf to Evans, the gap was there until it got shut by Hughes. Not sure he could’ve done much against it
@@Noel_p Yeah cause that always happens 😂👍There was never a cars width gap, Evans knows the track layout and that it moves to the right slightly. Hughes was following the cars in front (on the racing line), onus is always on the car behind to judge the gap. If Mitch had his front axel in line then I'd say differently, but he didn't
@@AdamKadillHughes had space to move to the left or keep his line. Evans had his wing in the window. Hughes should've been the one to move over or keep his current line instead of deliberately moving over. If anyone should've been penalized, it should be Hughes. Hope it gets overturned. Seems most teams and drivers agree according to an interview with James Barclay.
I mean if we are talking strictly on video length FE does include the starting grid and interviews. The actual race highlights part of the video is not that different from F1
Very first thing I noticed at the start was fuel-guzzling chopper doing the aerial camera work - for a Formula E race... That's just strange. They never heard of drones?
Great race!!!!!! Hats off to the admin for showing the full championship standings (1-24). Please do that for the races too. Keep up the great work!!!!!
Excellent job with the highlights, long may it continue! The added touches of the top 10 grid lineup and interviews at the end are fantastic as well, put everything important in one video. Great job media team.
It's so awesome to see Taittinger as the podium champagne. It reminds me of the old Formula 1 days with G.H. Mumm champagne on the podium celebrations.
I'm 33, retired racer, been following Motorsport for a long long time and yet... You are literally the first person I think I've seen comment on the champagne 😂
Dac attack, wehrlein taken a point mitch from great to bad but the most unluckiest next to Illness Rowland is definitely Cas because so unfortunately to lose the win, 24 points the gap so on Sunday the heat is on!🍾🏆🤩🥳🎉⚡
0:13 Barclay and co. seem perfectly happy to lose a certain Driver Crown run because there's the wrong driver ahead. I do hope for Nick to take that no.1 and *place it elsewhere* because this is getting ridiculous. Hughes seems finally ready to fight in a race, when he starts near the front anyway. Bird seemed returned, couldnhave done better.
@@user-swvn3ti2d on what basis? Why would they benefit from this? Porsche pushed like hell to hire Wehrlein (for reasons I don't understand) so why would they sabotage him? Sabotage the car how? Please, let my divulge in your theories

Too much boy drama. Racing’s been ruined by marketing hacks.
Evans didn't deserve the penalty.

Shorter races than F1 And Somehow Managed To get More Highlights than F1 👍👍👍

True, tho the Austrian GP was one to remember for F1
@@nonamebrand1633 definitely was Mercedes got extremely lucky
And somehow still not even as good as F2 😂
The pure highlights are much shorter
Great improvement to the highlights videos. My only critique is the slide transition which is a bit much
Keep up Formula E. I'm happy to see y'all rising day by day. ❤
More chaos, more fun.
🇵🇹💪 , would be great see DAC at F1.. I know that is complicat$€d but would be great..
Great to finally see these cars on a proper race track. The racing is terrific when you get these cars off a tightly cloistered street circuit.
You don t watch often i guess
No...
That penalty was ridiculous
I see an improvement in the highlights. Kudos!
DAC the most humble 🐐

Heartbreaking for Cassidy 💔

Bullshit penalty. Evans should be livid
New highlights are 🐐
Yeeeeees!!! Congrats to the winner which I will not say but I'm happy because it's that driver I like!!!
These are proper highlights guys. Absolutely amazing!

Evans was robbed
Vergne goes from 14 to 1st but you don't show any footage of this... Still leave for improvement!
Good job Mortara 4°
WTG Porsche!! Weirlein and Da Costa keep it up!!! To the top!!

Thx for the way more better Highlights, I love it!
DAC-ATACK for the 3rd (4th) time this 2024 🇵🇹🐐🥇🔥
More overtakes in one lap than in a whole F1 race! Exciting!

Where was the penalty for Wehrlein? Shock horror it never came....
Antonio Felix da Costa #1
Can Evans appeal?
Formel e Gen 3
3:18 tbf, he's not enough alongside to be granted that room. Evans needed to back out.
Tbf you could argue that Evans could’ve gone a tad bit more to the right and the incident might not happened
