Northern NY/Southern Ontario had a wild wind event last night. I hope it didnt affect your set-up. I also put out 50 taps and boil down on a Leader "half pint" evaporator.
Tapping day is always fun! Yes, the wind blew the buckets off the trees we have tapped at home . We have to check the buckets at the cabin, hopefully they didn’t blow away

We had a lot of interest in syrup last year and sold out right away so we decided to add extra this season to meet the demand and also make sure we have enough for ourselves ! 🍁
Awesome! Looks like you guys did some upgrading! We just tapped last Sunday. Our newest upgrade that we’ll be trying is we got a CDL Nano RO system so we are excited to try that! We’re one of your earliest subscribers and I finally made my very first video (I said a year or more ago that it was a goal to also make a RUclips channel haha it’s Rainey, I comment on your Instagram!) Hoping to improve on my talking skills (my hubby says he REALLY does) but I told him it will take practice 😂
@@OurLifeLakeside good for you for creating your first video! It definitely takes practice talking on camera but eventually you get comfortable. Sometimes we’re still awkward on camera haha your syrup system sounds like it’ll be good this season! Good luck 🍁
