    I came with a flavor that is a candidate to be the king of desserts 😍🔥 A legendary flavor , and it is so practical 🙃 Put the peanuts and forget the rest 🤫
    PISTACHIO DESSERT
    Tea glass size: 150 ml
    Water glass size: 200 ml
    Ingredients:
    1 egg
    150 g butter
    Half a tea glass powdered sugar (3 tablespoons)
    3-4 tablespoons ground pistachios (optional)
    1 packet vanillin
    1 packet baking powder
    1 tea glass semolina
    2 water glass flour (please be careful)
    (the dough should be soft enough not to stick to the hand,
    if necessary, you can add 1 more tablespoon of flour)
    Tips, tricks and secrets:
    ! The consistency of the dough should not be hard, if it is hard it will not absorb the syrup well after baking.
    ! Sherbet should be cold, dessert should be hot!
    To grease the baking tray:
    1 dessertspoon butter
    For the sherbet:
    2.5 water glasses granulated sugar
    3 water glasses water
    1 thin slice lemon
    To sprinkle on:
    2 tablespoons ground pistachios
    Preparation:
    First, make the sherbet and let it cool. Dessert must be hot!
    For the syrup, add water, granulated sugar and sliced lemon to the pot and stir.
    Let it boil over medium heat. Leave the lid of the pot open.
    After it starts boiling, boil it for about 14 minutes.
    Remove the sherbet you prepared from the stove and let it cool.
    In a large bowl, add egg, softened butter at room temperature, powdered sugar, ground pistachios, vanillin, baking powder, semolina and flour.
    Knead until you get a soft dough consistency that does not stick to your hands.
    Grease the baking tray with butter.
    Cut walnut-sized balls from the dough and roll them.
    Place them on the baking tray and make a depression in the middle.
    Bake in a preheated 180 degree (356 F) oven for about 20 minutes.
    The cooking properties of each oven may be different, so cook in a controlled manner. Remove the dessert from the oven and let it sit for 2-3 minutes.
    Then pour the cooled sherbet over the dessert.
    After keeping the dessert in sherbet for 3-4 hours, you can serve it with pistachios on top.
