The Gwen's Head is a 100% spawn. It just has multiple spawn locations and it randomly spawns in one of them. You can quickly search 4 of them with a car. Consider using the Unofficial Community Patch for the audio bug fixes. It's a completely modular patch, so you can disable any changes to vanilla for challenges.
I knew there were multiple locations, but not that it was guaranteed. I always just reloaded to farm it, since it's faster. And my audio issues aren't from the game, just my editing software.

Of course. I haven't used that one yet, but I got one in my Gaige run, and I used it a bit, and I like it. I just wonder how much better it would be in the early game.
@@LookIntoGaming Shit, if I remember correctly, (just got back into the BL series after playing Elden Ring and Dark Souls 1-3 since early '22) it's very good, even for BL2. It was too under leveled for me to use, but I used it in BL3, where it is the same, and it was really fun to use. Also yes, Captain Flynt drops it, and fun fact: Sparky Flynt has his father's loot pool, so you can get another one at lvl 30.
Well, it's not a unique on the wiki page, so that's why I didn't use it, but it might have been a good idea to, considering how many times I died in the early game.
@@LookIntoGaming yeah, I feel like a unique is a normal item that does something special or isn't a legendary that has a red text and can't be dropped, so the sniper you get from brick in the fight for sanctuary wouldn't be since it drops from normal enemies, I feel like if it's name is unique it would be considered unique
This was my second time playing as him, and it completely changed my opinion of him, Krieg is insanely fun, it's just a different playstyle than what I'm used to. The healing, being able to throw buzz axes, and bloodplosion make him an awesome and fun character to play!
@@LookIntoGaming Hes also one of the best for build variety too! Yeah OP10 does make it a lot harder for some of his other niche or fun builds to work consistently but theres so much you can do once you get geared up! For example; standard Gun builds, Meee builds, Javelin or Tediore builds, Grenade builds, Hellfire builds... not to mention the Hybrids between any of these or those skills you get because "that can be useful" but you can push its limits such as with the Fire DOTs that can melt enemies, specially with something like the Breath of Terra grenade! The synergy between his Skill Trees and the playstyle they promote is incredible, for example on my Hybrid Gun/Melee build i can cycle between Shooting, Grenading or Meleeing based on what im doing and what Kill Skills i have active at that moment... its incredible! Best Borderlands character to ever be! One can only hope for a future remate that fixes what him and the rest of the game has that doesnt work well to mske it even more enjoyable.
Dang, I really wish I started playing Krieg earlier, as I had a ton of fun playing as him, and I want to try all his different trees instead of just bloodsplosion. I also want to get to OP levels sometimes, and I will definitely have to max out a Krieg eventually.
I should have checked what parts they were before I wrote the script, as I was going off my (horrible) memory, but it has motivated me to learn some of the gun parts in BL2.
That's how the world works. Want a certain piece of gear in your current run? Farm for a few hours to get it. Are you doing a run with different gear restrictions? Well, about all that farming...
That's an interesting idea, I've always wanted to get all achievements, so maybe I could do it like this, but knowing me, I would miss a lot of achievements, so I would definitely fail a run like this.
It occured to me that players can get everything at the Happy Pig motel, including class mods (but no relics, it seems). That's why I suggest a fun "scavenger" run in which you only use gear and ammo found in the piles and boxes at Happy Pig. The only non-scavenged item should be the starting weapon from Claptrap, everything else from there up to the Happy Pig also has to be scavenged from piles and boxes. All the money you find and get from selling unused gear has to be spent at Moxxi's one-armed bandits. This wouldn't be a challenge, since you usually get items on the same level that the character has (or if lower leveled, it is of equal quality), but a scavenger role-play experience. What do you think?
I never knew that you could get class mods from the Happy Pig motel, and that sounds like an awesome run! I think scavenging some stuff from the Happy Pig motel is viable, but I think it would work best if you could loot all piles and lockers, etc., but no chests or ammo boxes. I think that would make a very interesting run, and now I'm interested in trying it!
@@LookIntoGaming I'm trying it just now. I did loot chests, but only to sell that gear. I also looted ammo boxes, because there aren't that many piles at the beginning, and I have only pistols, other ammo is useless. Maybe use melee at the beginning? I fought Knuckledragger that way once for the first weapon.
@@LookIntoGaming A great way to get gear early is looting the piles in Southern Shelf - Bay. I looted that area repeatedly until the piles were created empty, and found L5 ARs and shotguns (but no sniper rifle) and decent shields.
At the very beginning, after passing through the Hyperion gate to Liar's Burg, you can get weapons in the lower area (where some Bullymongs will be fought in the side quest). Up to that point, all enemies can be killed with melee at LV1.
i feel some uniques are more powerful then 60% of the legendarys in 2. like grog nozzle for example, fibber, sandhawk and pimpernell all being my top picks
It's not just a feeling. From some stuff I've seen, a lot of end game builds use mostly unique guns, especially the Pimpernel and the Sandhawk (and the balanced Grog Nozzle).
Yep, and those weapons almost become mandatory for late OP levels. I really like playing as Maya. At OP10, my best options are Beehawking or blurred trickster Pimpernel. I also always try to keep a Topneaa on me as well. I think they're the best rockets in the game. Taste is subjective, though. I used to think the Norfleet was king, but a Topneaa has a MUCH better ammo economy and fire rate. Sham-Neaa is a build I like to run as well. 94% Sham, super weak Logan's Gun equals torrents of rockets and who doesn't like that?
Yeah, no matter how I do it, it always sounds weird. I used some of the BL2 soundtrack as background music (cause copyright is annoying) and this is one of my best audio mix jobs, but there's not much I can do when I have more footage than voice lines for certain parts.
I know BL2 is the most popular game in the series, but I would get burnt out too quickly if I kept making just BL2 videos, that's why I play all the games in order of release, so I can keep the content fresh.
@@LookIntoGaming 1( fair 2( The longbow is classified internally as a E-Tech, but I could understand viewing it as a legendary with its gimmicks of minecraft arrows and no scope, but much like the Norfleet, the Longbow can only drop from one place, like a unique
That is a good point about the longbow. It's also interesting that it's E-Tech, but it makes a lot of sense considering the fact it fires a special projectile.
I heard something about the snowman a long time ago, but had no clue about it until reading these comments, so I will need to get it just to see the next time I play BL2.
Hey enzo, hope you see this message, I just saw a community post from joltzdude about an upcoming playable torgue character mod, I thought I would tell you since I know you like Torgue a lot 😁 Edit: This is for Borderlands 2 btw
That's basically this and the legendary-only run. One of the defining features of unique gear is the red text, and the only reason I didn't use legendaries is because I already did a legendary-only run.
Well, I think I was butchering the pronunciation, as I usually do. I looked it up after other comments on this video, and it's closer to "luh-skow", but I still doubt myself every time I say it.
@@LookIntoGaming I have never looked into it before, the bull made me think it was lasso spelled weird but its some random cave with a bull painted on it in france XD you learn something new everyday
Yeah, the gun's location and red text are a reference to those caves, which if I remember properly, are where we discovered cave paintings from very early humans!
I'm sure you were bring sarcastic but I still have the urge to ask if you actually do like homing grenades or if it was just the 0 fuse time. And you're lucky to find one of the Minecraft guns. I haven't found one throughout any of the dozens of attempts I've done.
I wasn't trying to come off as sarcastic, the homing tesla is one of my favorite grenades in the game, and a zero second fuse great, until the enemy moves out of the damage radius. I also really wanted to farm for the unique shotgun, the farm just takes too long, and I already had really good gear.
The only time I've ever seen the name Enzo in a game is the painter in Terraria. But it kind of feels like when your name is on the problem on an assignment.
Thank you! All of my runs are a ton of fun, the only annoying part was the early game, mostly due to the lack of a shield, but also because I was learning how to play Krieg.
It really depends on how you look at it. They both have red text, but I think what makes the difference is that uniques can usually only be obtained once per playthrough, and are mostly mission rewards (there are a few exceptions). And legendaries are mostly farmable / dedicated drops.
I didn't know until recently that it could be different elements. I've always gotten non-elemental ones, and if I knew, I might have farmed for a good one in this run.
That's the same for me (and probably everyone else at this point). The other crazy thing is how nearly every day something new is found in old games, kind of crazy how much knowledge is available on the internet.
This is actually the second time this happened to me, but this is the one I got footage of. I don't remember how you trigger it, but it's really easy apparently.
Unique items are normally one-per-playthrough from missions and very rarely can be farmed from certain enemies. I also already did a legendary only run, so I wanted to try guns I normally wouldn't use.
It depends on how you look at it. Since I'm going off the wiki, legendaries aren't considered unique. Uniques are usually mission rewards you can only get once per playthrough, and very rarely from farming an enemy. Legendaries are mostly world drop, with dedicated drop sources as well. The final reason is I've already done a legendary only run, and I wanted to try guns I normally wouldn't use, which was very fun.
Ah, thank you. I've only heard the pronunciation once, and in my mind I thought it was correct. The way I say stuff is also a bit weird because I'm learning Japanese.
Legendaries can be farmed, while uniques are (usually) one per playthrough. I also already did a legendary only run and I wanted to try guns I normally wouldn't use.
Great video, but try to make your commentary a bit more fluid, you can tell you're reading off a script, which isn't a bad thing but you can tell when you're dropping down to the next line with the pauses
I always look forward to the next run, right now I'm actually more interested about how the BL3 run will go, because most of the unique guns from other games were turned into legendaries.
To most people yes, but everyone has a different opinion on the best and worst characters, it mostly depends on the player and their playstyle, but I think you should always do a playthrough or 2, it might change your mind!
Well kind of, uniques are usually a one time mission reward (some can be farmed) and legendaries are almost always farmable. I also already did a legendary only run and I want to try guns I normally wouldn't use.
I'm still finding my style, but I got inspired by him to make the Borderlands 2 Legendary-only run, and my channel exploded from there. I'm also a huge fan, if that wasn't obvious.

@@LookIntoGaming The Bloodshot Stronghold and the Moonshiner have known audio bugs. That's what happened when the Moonshiner got stuck and suddenly became very loud.
Ah, I see what you were saying about the game audio now. I have trouble installing mods, but I might try it sometime. I've also just gotten so used to those 2 occurrences that I forgot they are glitches.
19:05 that's a really good roll too, double maliwan, Tediore. 17 grade.
I went and farmed a Bee this morning and the conference call this afternoon so I could walk through everything as long as I didn't miss
A classic combo. I can't wait to do a real UVHM playthrough sometime!
@@LookIntoGaming me too
I have a Challenged run
no Class restriction except salvador you cant use him
weapons restriction only use Captain Blades Cursed Weaponry/artifact/shield
you can only have 1 slag weapon but no grog since its lifesteal is high
Well, LilGasmask666 already did that as one of his runs, on op10, and way better than I ever could. ruclips.net/video/r57RUlC1fXs/видео.html (except he was playing Salvador, I don't know if that's why you said that)
You should try the challenge where you can only use gear that you gambled for.
I think someone else did a run like that already, the only thing I can't remember is the shield situation.
@@LookIntoGaming You can get shields from the tiny Tina slot machines
technically you could have used the gearbox weapons you get at the start. They are technically unique weapons since you can only get them once per playthrough just like unique weapons.
In a way they do count, but I was so focused on the starter pistol that I decided to not use them.
That hornet drop just figures, man. Lolol
I also got the Thunderball Fists in my Scavenger run, where I wasn't using enemy drops. The crazier thing was that I've never gotten it before, and of course I can't even use it.
@@LookIntoGaming I hope you put it in the safe, for when you aren't doing a video. 😁 No rule against that.
If I'm not mistaken, I had it drop from.... Cap Flynt??? But it was a SHREDDER. It's mechanics are really satisfying/fun to use.
It was too under leveled for me to use, but I used it in BL3, where it is the same, and it was really fun to use. Also yes, Captain Flynt drops it, and fun fact: Sparky Flynt has his father's loot pool, so you can get another one at lvl 30.
In pretty sure the starter shield is unique since it has a unique name, being your first shield
Krieg is basically clickbait for me, that character is amazing!
@@LookIntoGaming honestly i hope you do, make sure to record and post the journey hahahah
That's likely what I plan to do for the series after the unique only challenges, I'm excited to see how far I can get!
Jacobs shotgun barrel is the side by side, tediore is the over under barrel
I should have checked what parts they were before I wrote the script, as I was going off my (horrible) memory, but it has motivated me to learn some of the gun parts in BL2.
Good luck Hornet. Also, the skip dude!
In a normal run, it would be good luck, but here it's just taunting me. I should probably attempt skips more, that would give me more funny moments.
When I was not allowed using Legendaries I got an Infinity while doing the side quest. RNG is evil ^^
Rip mitten squad!
It is truly sad to lose such an awesome content creator. I was only a viewer of him, so I don't know too much, but he will be missed.
16:25 you had the heartbreaker my guy 😂, it doesn’t matter if it’s fire, it will melt buzzards
Interesting. I was just trying to match elements and never considered using the shotgun, but that was definitely the play.
I feel like this run would be pretty easy with infinity bee zero. Could be a fun run!
It's a really fun challenge, I just recommend breaking the rules and using a shield for the early game, due to how difficult it was.
I gladly subscribed! Very good Video
Thank you very much!
hey dude i really like ur vids, keep it up🙂
Thank you very much! I have plenty more planned!
I love how I’m this run you just kept getting lucky which technically is unlucky due to the circumstances💀
That's how the world works. Want a certain piece of gear in your current run? Farm for a few hours to get it. Are you doing a run with different gear restrictions? Well, about all that farming...
@@LookIntoGaming they just say fuck it give him it when he won’t use it to anger him also love the content bro
Thank you very much!
yo i just thought of a video idea. u should try to beat borderlands 2 by unlocking every single trophy in order from most unlocked to least unlocked.
I would have to do some testing to see how you can get guns very early on, but I think it is very possible, and interesting to do either way.
The shotgun spin thing only happens on shotguns with no sight like the Roksalt
Good to know. I thought it was just the weird combo of parts, I didn't know it had to be sightless too.
i feel some uniques are more powerful then 60% of the legendarys in 2. like grog nozzle for example, fibber, sandhawk and pimpernell all being my top picks
94% Sham, super weak Logan's Gun equals torrents of rockets and who doesn't like that?
ive also been down the route of pimperhab sal for maximum carnage, now better with the world burn tho@@Warpded
I think you're one of the matured youtubers of borderlands 2 😂
Thank you very much! That is what I aspire to, so I'm glad you like it!
also it would be cool if u added some music in the background during the quiet bits because its kinda jarring when the audio cuts out
Yeah, no matter how I do it, it always sounds weird. I used some of the BL2 soundtrack as background music (cause copyright is annoying) and this is one of my best audio mix jobs, but there's not much I can do when I have more footage than voice lines for certain parts.
It’s bandit shotguns with no sight on them that do that funny glitch
I should have made sure of what it was, I just went off of what I remembered hearing.
Was going to pass this video up.... but then I saw "Not Borderlands 3" and cared 😂
I know BL2 is the most popular game in the series, but I would get burnt out too quickly if I kept making just BL2 videos, that's why I play all the games in order of release, so I can keep the content fresh.
Nice video, keep it up!
Thank you very much, and I plan to!
You missed:
Longbow
Roaster
But used:
Evil Smasher
Dahlminator
I would have done the mission for the roaster, but the goliath didn't spawn. The Longbow is a legendary, and I wasn't using legendaries in this run.
@@LookIntoGaming 1( fair
2( The longbow is classified internally as a E-Tech, but I could understand viewing it as a legendary with its gimmicks of minecraft arrows and no scope, but much like the Norfleet, the Longbow can only drop from one place, like a unique
That is a good point about the longbow. It's also interesting that it's E-Tech, but it makes a lot of sense considering the fact it fires a special projectile.
You could’ve shot off the snowman’s head at tundras to get a on level tinderbox also
I heard something about the snowman a long time ago, but had no clue about it until reading these comments, so I will need to get it just to see the next time I play BL2.
I’ve learned something from this video, and it’s that the game hates you. A LOT.
I love video games, but some don't quite love me back...
Hey enzo, hope you see this message, I just saw a community post from joltzdude about an upcoming playable torgue character mod, I thought I would tell you since I know you like Torgue a lot 😁
Edit: This is for Borderlands 2 btw
I saw the trailer for the mod, and it looks awesome! I might have to download it after it's released, just to try it out.
physx affects those barrels too
That might be another reason they're so cursed for me. Oh well, I think Physx is neat.
How Hard Is It To Beat Borderlands 2 With ONLY RedText gun? idea for next vid
That's basically this and the legendary-only run. One of the defining features of unique gear is the red text, and the only reason I didn't use legendaries is because I already did a legendary-only run.
You're telling me its pronounce lasso?! i mean that makes so much more sense
@@LookIntoGaming hell yeah!
This is literally just a normal borderlands 2 run at this point 💀
I mean, once you get gear, yeah, but it's super painful at the beginning with only the starter pistol and no shield.
Actually there is 1 unique class mod but its a legendary drop from terramorphus (im saying that because it's got a specific name)
Yeah, I kind of forgot about that when I made this video, and there is no way I'm getting that with my level of skill.
keep up the good work 😺😼
Thank you very much, and I plan to keep the Borderlands content coming!
@@LookIntoGaming Ah. I'm more of a Longbow guy. Lobbed if needed.
I guess it's dependent on the grenade type. I like longbow and sticky singularities, but prefer homing AOEs.
Deadly bloom is technically a legendary, but due a to bug it has a purple rarity so, rUN iNVAlid!!!11!1!
Interesting, It would kind of make sense, seeing as there are 2 unique shields in the same area that you can obtain at the same time.
@@LookIntoGaming Yeah, I only found out about it because it can world drop and I got one from Pyro Pete.
One of the best parts of reading comments is learning tons of new stuff every day. I would never have guessed that Pyro Pete can drop that.
Dude my nickname is lee when i was doing the quest to kill the rats i was like im killing my self
The only time I've ever seen the name Enzo in a game is the painter in Terraria. But it kind of feels like when your name is on the problem on an assignment.
The shotgun is using a jacobs barrel
I kind of forgot what the combo was, and in my head I thought it was Tediore, but that's the rectangular barrel if I remember correctly.
Why didn’t you use the hornet😭. Boom brew and Captain flint would have been easier
I forgot to mention it, but I didn't want to use legendary gear for this run, since I already did a legendary-only run.
@@LookIntoGaming Oh, but in my my opinion I’m using that hornet. If he drops it and it’s good I’m using it
You’ve inspired me to not try this even though I am tempted to! So thanks for that, and keep up the good work
Thank you! All of my runs are a ton of fun, the only annoying part was the early game, mostly due to the lack of a shield, but also because I was learning how to play Krieg.
legendaries are uniques
In a way, but I've already done a legendary only run, and I want to try guns I've never used before.
Borderlands 3 unique gear next?
I'm currently working on The Pre-Sequel version of the run, but BL3 will be after that.
Someone beat borderlands with only the basic repeater
Yeah, it's amazing some of the runs that people have done of this game. I have neither the skill nor patience to do something like that.
Im farlly shore that the fibber is a unique aswell
Did I forget to add it? I did say I missed a few at the end, I just need a system to not forget to add them to the counter.
@@LookIntoGaming the video was still good tho keep up the good work
Thank you! I plan to keep it up!
Why does he call them "loot homies" and "baddie rank"
More family and RUclips friendly terms, cause you never know nowadays.
The longbow is a unique tho
I know, but I didn't want to use legendary gear in this run, since I already did a run based on that.
I guess youve already done legendary only, so it wouldn't change much, but arent legendaries also considered uniques?
It really depends on how you look at it. They both have red text, but I think what makes the difference is that uniques can usually only be obtained once per playthrough, and are mostly mission rewards (there are a few exceptions). And legendaries are mostly farmable / dedicated drops.
I got a slag Gwen's head first try.
I didn't know until recently that it could be different elements. I've always gotten non-elemental ones, and if I knew, I might have farmed for a good one in this run.
@@LookIntoGaming well I guess you learn something new everyday? Lol
I've learnt a ton of stuff about Borderlands from reading all my comments. It's crazy how much just random and obscure stuff there is in the games.
@@LookIntoGaming yea that's how I learned everything I know now. I agree that comments and RUclips is useful when finding stuff and weird stuff
That's the same for me (and probably everyone else at this point). The other crazy thing is how nearly every day something new is found in old games, kind of crazy how much knowledge is available on the internet.
do you stream on twitch?
Yes I do! www.twitch.tv/lookintogaming I stream to multiple platforms, and everyone sees the same stream. (and I don't put ads on streams)
Just sayin, the gearbox starter weapons are uniques too 😢
Yeah, my brain didn't register that, because I was too focused on the starter pistol.
12:20 this happens to me all the time
This is actually the second time this happened to me, but this is the one I got footage of. I don't remember how you trigger it, but it's really easy apparently.
Wouldn’t the legendary items technically be considered unique?
Unique items are normally one-per-playthrough from missions and very rarely can be farmed from certain enemies. I also already did a legendary only run, so I wanted to try guns I normally wouldn't use.
@@LookIntoGaming That’s understandable, also love the video keep up the good work^^
Thank you, and I plan on it!
Shouldn’t legendaries also be unique? Cause they have special effects and red text.
It depends on how you look at it. Since I'm going off the wiki, legendaries aren't considered unique. Uniques are usually mission rewards you can only get once per playthrough, and very rarely from farming an enemy. Legendaries are mostly world drop, with dedicated drop sources as well. The final reason is I've already done a legendary only run, and I wanted to try guns I normally wouldn't use, which was very fun.
are legendary class mods not unique?
Just like legendaries, the legendary class mods can be farmed, and I kind of forgot that they exist after these past few runs.
why didnt you use the hornet?
I already did a legendary-only run, so I wanted to avoid legendaries in this run, but of course I get one when I don't want it.
Funny that you don't get "the flamd oc the Firehawk" shield. It's a unique legendary quest reward.
Not to nitpick but the lascaux is pronounced luh-skow, its french after all :)
Ah, thank you. I've only heard the pronunciation once, and in my mind I thought it was correct. The way I say stuff is also a bit weird because I'm learning Japanese.
Not trying to be rude but seeing as your using the Chulainn it is pronounced Cull-in as it is from Irish mythos
I really appreciate it! I'm not great at pronouncing some stuff, and I have no clue why I didn't look it up.
is the hornet not a unique?
Legendaries can be farmed, while uniques are (usually) one per playthrough. I also already did a legendary only run and I wanted to try guns I normally wouldn't use.
@@LookIntoGaming i gotcha thank you i understand now
Great video, but try to make your commentary a bit more fluid, you can tell you're reading off a script, which isn't a bad thing but you can tell when you're dropping down to the next line with the pauses
Thanks for the suggestions!
@@LookIntoGaming no stress, look forwards to the Tiny tina wonderlands video 👀
I always look forward to the next run, right now I'm actually more interested about how the BL3 run will go, because most of the unique guns from other games were turned into legendaries.
It's Lasco not laso
Good to know, thank you. I thought I could remember what I was told in the stream, but my memory sucks.
Bro lucky tho 😭
The game is just teasing me with legendaries I can't use, but would love to have in a normal run, that's just how the world works.
Try Feed And Grow Game it matches your voice
Interesting. I have so many games (and so many things I want to do in them) that I play, but I will keep it in mind for the future.
Lass Cow
Ah. I should really look up the pronunciation next time, because I thought I could remember it.
Krieg is the worst character in the game
To most people yes, but everyone has a different opinion on the best and worst characters, it mostly depends on the player and their playstyle, but I think you should always do a playthrough or 2, it might change your mind!
aren't legendaries uniques?
Well kind of, uniques are usually a one time mission reward (some can be farmed) and legendaries are almost always farmable. I also already did a legendary only run and I want to try guns I normally wouldn't use.
Blud trying too hard to act like gas mask bruh
I'm still finding my style, but I got inspired by him to make the Borderlands 2 Legendary-only run, and my channel exploded from there. I'm also a huge fan, if that wasn't obvious.
