Umbridge was always insecure about her Blood-status. It was rumoured that bad things happened to those who questioned her regarding her parentage. Her father was a low-level ministry worker and Umbridge was greatly embarrassed by his lowly status. Hence, once she became a Ministry high-flier, Umbridge simply had her father pensioned off and later she cut all ties with her family.

Technically Pettigrew never died in the Deathly Hallows part-2 (film), he was simply hit by a spell and collapsed on the cellar floor. If anything, the audience simply assumes that he died as he does not feature in the final battle at Hogwarts.

About forbidding transfiguration spells: Why should they? There are three unforgivable curses and it seems obvious why those are forbidden. But when wormtail faked his own death, he killed 12 muggles with a single spell while Avada Kedavra can only kill one person at a time. Maybe that's because Avada Kedavra is "unblockable" (Rowling destroyed that "hard fact" in the Crimes of Grindlewald) and the other spell might be easy to block for wizards, but nevertheless it has more deadly potential and is still legal. So which spells are forbidden and which are not is completely arbitrary. Why should you forbid a spell that could lead to a cruel, painfull fate?
The eye tracking of Harry and the Snitch has a simple reason: There was no Snitch on set, Radcill and Bigerstaff were ordered to look around as if searching for something and all their moves were random. The after effects team just decided to add the Snitch following Radcliff's eye movement because that was what they could clearly see while they couldn't see Biggerstaff's eyes.

0:38 reminds me of Voldemort (Tom Marvolo Riddle) whose father was a muggle born and his supposedly described as attractive mother a witch descended of Salazar Slytherin (one of the founders of Hogwarts ,creator of the Chamber of Secrets and pureblood supremacist)

Harry was certainly a good seeker but he wasn't a Natural born-flier. Draco Malfoy was actually a Natural born-flier. In the Philosopher's Stone (film), Draco actually demonstrates far greater Broom Control and Stability while Harry struggles to maintain his balance. Even in the Quidditch Game against Gryffindor in the Chamber of Secrets (book/film), throughout the entire match Draco manages to maintain an overall lead over Harry and has the Snitch within his reach but doesn't catch it as he is too busy taunting him.
