I have been doing YWA's daily practises for 4 years now, since my husband left (which was a real shock to me) when I was 56. This was the thing, besides prayer, that kept me grounded as my whole world collapsed around me. I have grown stronger with the regular sessions and have grown in confidence. Thanks Adriene for your wonderful gift!!! I also introduced my sister, my son and daughter, my nieces and nephews and some friends to it!!! You are genuine, you are giving, you are real. May God bless you and Benji!!! ❤️❤️🙏🙏🤗🤗 Toronto, Canada
Anyone else super happy to hear "Namaste" again?? I didn't realize how much I expected her to say it until she didn't! Hooray for completing another day in real time, everyone!
I'm so grateful for it. I woke up, fast forwarded to the end of Day 4 to hear if she says it. I commented on this yesterday because it was really sad for me to not hear her say it. I am so GRATEFUL for the NAMASTE!
Same!!! I realized yesterday, I thought maybe I had missed it the first couple days because I had to keep my volume low, but I was really sad to hear it gone - I had a big smile today when I was laying down and heard it!
Day 34!!!!! I didn't want to practice. I stayed in bed most of the day and felt bad about myself because of it but I'm super glad I came to practice and worked these muscles. I needed it. Hello to everyone visiting these videos in 2024 and nice work!
Gosh I’m so thankful to be alive . From be strongest I’ve ever been to having a healthy baby girl to gaining 100 pounds and losing myself and my strength flow helped me remember the fun of burning fire in your core . I remember how great it feels on my pelvic floor and how much better I feel chasing my little one . To now eating mindfully and practicing yoga and Pilates ever single day . I will continue to get stronger lose weight and find myself again . Don’t lose hope any body struggling with weight loss . You can do it . I’m so thankful for Adrienne. 😊
When I wake up I always immediately go on my phone for half an hour in bed. Thanks to your 30 day journey I’ve decided to get out of bed straight away and use those 30 minutes to do something worthwhile. I’m a couple of days behind but I’m already feeling proud of myself!
It's so amazing to read that you're proud of yourself! I also lay in bed for quite some time when I wake up, but I also receive the daily mail about that days practice. I instantly get excited to do yoga :)
Yay!! I made the transition straight from bed to mat today too, started with some cardio to feel more awake and then came here. I always feel like I tricked my brain into doing what I want it to when I can get to the mat before it erects its defenses and excuses 😂
Good morning from Canada.. I love hearing Adrienne say, "the hardest part is showing up." Don't you find that's true for most things in life?? Love it!! Wishing you all a blessed day.
As someone with anxiety and issues procrastinating, the act of showing up brings me peace. I just have to remind myself that it doesn't need to be perfect - just show up and be present. :)
Good morning everyone ;) my mind was all over the place today. My tree was wobbly (and I held on to the wall) and my plank collapsed inelegantly 😊 But I completed Day 4 and am glad. Have a wonderful day and May your practice -and the rest of the day - go well for you :)
This may be one of the most motivating & positive comment sections ever on the internet. Keeps you engaged even if you are lacking drive.Lots of love from Germany ! Let's do this
I had such a stressful day with little to no rest. It’s now almost 9pm here and normally I would’ve said „no“ to any kind of exercise, because it’s time to rest. Not today. I accomplished so much, I’m really exhausted but yet here I am, done with day 4! It might be nothing for someone else, but I feel so proud of myself for pushing myself a little further and not ruining my 4 day streak. See you tomorrow guys😊
I’m in the same boat as you. A very stressful day filled with lots of anxiety that left me exhausted by 9pm. I too was about to say “nope” to day 4 but decided to get out of bed and onto my mat instead. I’m so, so glad I did. Just what I needed to end the day on a high note. ❤
I do yoga in my Chapel Hill, N.C., living room (on the TV), where I've started each of the past six Januarys with Adriene. Because of those month-long successes, I have been doing DAILY Yoga with Adriene for the past three years! Yeah, I miss a day occasionally, but my monthly average is 27 days. And I'll be 70 this year! Best advice I give people is: get on the mat with Yoga with Adriene - the smart ones do - and they get hooked too!
i've been doing yoga with adriene with my parents since last january and i found your comment so wonderful that i read it out loud to them. they both admire you and so do i! onwards & upwards, friend 🤗

I've officially done 365 days of yoga together with Adriene and this community now! Wow! If I was told last year I'd get to this point I wouldn't believe it. I was struggling with routine, so I headed onto my yoga mat thinking I was just gonna try it out, do it to feel nice - not to try building a streak (because "I always fail those") and my oh my look where that mindset got me! Thank you so much to Adriene, the YWA team and to this community for making it easier for me to come through for myself! Wish you all the best of luck on your own yoga journeys! Namaste 🧘✨

Hi everyone, I just woke up and won't have time to do yoga before the evening but I wanted to begin my day by seeing Adriene haha. Good morning from France and have a great day everyone!

I spent most of today’s practice in child’s pose or on the ground, modifying as felt good. I was hoping today’s practice would be a bit easier because my body is sore, and when it wasn’t my mind couldn’t get into the mindset of doing hard things. The old me would have pushed through the practice feeling increasingly frustrated, so I’m proud of myself for showing up and modifying as needed! See y’all tomorrow!
I'm struggling with anxiety a lot these last few weeks and it feels extra hard to get out of bed in the morning, this series gives me something to look forward to. The moment I touch my mat and I start being guided by your voice I feel so safe and calm. I cannot thank you enough for this Adriene ♥🙏
Anxiety can be so so hard, sending so much love and good energy your way, friend. You're doing awesome, way to go for showing up even when things aren't easy! ❤️
Anxiety, low mood are So hard to manage. I find yoga is So good for self love. To not be judged but "Just be" To concentrate on your movements and you do truly feel 100% better. You are Not alone. Sending you positive vibes and encouragement. If I can do it you can! As Adrienne said from day one. I can. I am strong. Centre, shift, root. The mantras are so true. I didn't realise until I was responding to you. :) We learn something new every day. Every day is a new day. Namaste. Take care x
It was dark, cold, 6 AM, lots of yawning and pauses to drink my tea, but so completely soul nourishing ❤ Thank you Adriene and the 9,000 others that practiced at the same time as me! Namaste 🙏🏻
Hi I'm Xavienne Is there anyone else out here that took thie 2024 challenge? It would be nice to know I'm not alone. Hi everyone who is practicing. Enjoy your day. Bye
Hi Adriene, I have been struggling with yoga over the past few months. My mental health was at rock bottom and my once beloved yoga felt more and more like a chore. Not like something I wanted to do - more and more like something I should do - almost like washing dishes. So I stopped doing yoga altogether. I was still looking forward to this journey every January. In the middle of today's session, I started to cry. You reminded me why I fell in love with yoga in the first place. Thank you so much for that xx
The power of laughter. Before, I used to think I had to… mould myself into these pre-conceived shapes. Only to begin these yoga practices and discover little things. Like how my right side is different to my left and learn that I need to be more patient with it. That it’s okay to fall, to shake. In the end, to embrace and laugh about these aspects and realise it’s all part of the journey ♥️
I am having the worst day. I cried while doing the first half of the session. By the second half I think all my pent up emotions found peace. Thank you for being a ray of peace in a stranger’s life.
Sending you so much love and peace. Peace is something I am working on too. It's nice we can do it together and we are not alone and Adriene brings us together 🥰🥰
You've already succeeded if you're on the mat, as Adrienne says!!! You can do this!! Go beyond that state to a better place. Afterall, you're with Adrienne's Community!!! 🙏🙏🥰🥰
While waiting for a cake to bake earlier today, my body felt like doing tree pose. So I was already loosened up for today's practice! Thank you Adriene. This month's series will take me to 1000 consecutive days of yoga with you. Utterly life-changing. xxx
Good morning from Germany to everybody here and of course to you, Adriene and sweet Benji. Doing this 30 day challenge really helps me to regenerate after a mean influenza which took all of my energy. It's still hard for me to get up (early) every morning while my body tells me to stay in bed. But here I am, day 4/30, a bit proud of myself! Have a beautiful day everyone!
Today was seeming a bit difficult, but every time I turned my head and saw my cat sitting there looking at me in bafflement and contempt while I trembled in plank, I couldn’t help laughing 😂
Today I found out that I need to have a thyroid surgery this month (at the age of 24). Therefore I was not feeling very well today but your practice is already paying off. I feel a lot more calm because I know I can come back to my mat and get centered. I will continue with this challenge until my surgery and then hop back on as soon as I get out of the hospital. Thank you so much Adriene for helping me and many many others every day (I love this positive community)
I'm giving yoga a first try with this series, and wow, the difference I felt after such a short time surprised me! I feel my body and mind slowing down with each breath...thanks Adriene for such a great content!
Good morning from the Netherlands! I've been practicing Adriennes beautiful sequences for a few years now. But never experienced the 30-days just in time 😊. A few ours later this one, but still on the same day 😅. It makes reading the comments even more special. Thank you all, especially Adrienne for making a healthy start of my day with a smile in my heart 💞
Wow you are a long way from me, welcome, I am from Texas. I found Adrienne about 4 months ago, and did 2 of her older 30 sessions and really happy to have started this new one in 'real time'. Looking forward to being a veteran, like you! Happy New Year!
Hello from Australia, where Center goes live at 5pm; it's a perfect transition from day to evening. Can everyone hear Adriene's heartbeat throughout these practices? Centered.
Started today's practice with bad menstrual cramps - wasn't sure my core was going to support me - but by the end I was so centred I briefly forgot about the pain. A truly perfect practice for me today! And hello and congratulations everyone on day 4 ✨
I also started today dreading the thought of going to work, much less doing yoga especially since yesterday was a little rough on me. But I'm already feeling a little better, I hope you are too!
Doing Breath two years ago I saw a 70% decrease in menstrual pain! My theory is that daily asana increases the awareness I have around my core and pelvic floor so I’m able to better notice when I am unnecessarily flexing/sucking-in, relax the area, and that decreases inflammation. Also less stress=less cortisol=more manageable menstrual symptoms 🥰
Good morning from the US. Thank you for another wonderful practice. Have done the 30 day practice each year almost from the start and I love it so much. I teach yoga twice a week, but this daily yoga practice encompassing people from all over the world enriches me beyond my ability to describe it. I’ll soon be 74, hope to continue for a very long time. 🤗 Namasté to all. 🙏
I am way behind as I started just 4 days ago and I wanted to share how grateful I am that you have these available even when life has not allowed us to all go at the same pace and start at the same time. Today was so challenging for me but I am really proud of myself for doing it. I am starting to argue with my excuses as to why I can’t and just do it as well as I can. Thank you for this practice and this community.
Today I've got a hard day. My hormons are crazy and my belly hurts. I feel like I’ll by crying in a moment. But I didn’t want to quit today’s practice and I thought I’ll be gentle for myself today. Some parts of practice were too hard for me, especially these ones engeaged core muscles, so I just was in a child pose in that moments. But the whole root practice gave me a release. Thank you for this Adriene and all the community practicing this with me. Today may be hard but we’ll deal with it, even if we aren’t as strong as we would to. Sometimes we can be weak and this is Ok. “All you (we) need is love”. ❤️🙏💕
I cried all through day 2. Yoga can do that to me or my hormones or even something I'm dealing with in my life. But I've found that on my mat is where I feel safest. We've got you. You are never weak. Somedays you just need a little more love and care.
This is my third year in a row beginning these yearly series, but I have to admit I have never yet made it to the end. So I am trying something new by actually commenting and hoping for a little outside support. Day 4 already! It cannot be that hard to keep up, right?
That's what worked for me! I've had a few months off my mat due to cancer treatment but I managed to complete my challenge of 365 days in a row last year! You can do it 🙏
I missed so much the finishing Namaste ! 🙏🏼 Thank you Adriene for this amazing journey. Every morning at 8 AM ( Romania ) I just refresh my mail and wait for the link to the practice 🥰🥰🥰
I’ve been usually doing these in the evenings, but I woke up a little restless, so I thought “why not?” I was NOT expecting mountain climbers first thing in the morning! 😂 but I pushed through it. Thank you so much for doing this for us every year! 💜
I have hard time being gentle with myself, so your encouragement to be gentle is big thing. I cry during practice as I'm processing a lot, I don't even know where it is coming from. I feel that it's first moment focusing on myself since a long time. Thank you
Day 04:01:23✅ Good Morning everyone. ✊🏾😊 getting on @6am live & to centre jointly with you all from UK felt so great, so far, not as tough today.. Thank you Adriene for these sessions. We've got this! Sending strength & love to you all Namaste🙏🏾🕊️❤️

Going through a break up right now. I didn’t feel great before this practice. I’m sure I won’t feel great later either. However, during this practice I forgot my mind and found my body and i really needed that. Thank you Adriene.

Hi I am a newbie to Yoga, after anxiety and menopause I realised I needed to find something just for me. I came across your videos with Benji.
Namaste. Take care

me toooo :)
Same same. One moment at a time is all you need to be in. Sending you love and support.
It was dark, cold, 6 AM, lots of yawning and pauses to drink my tea, but so completely soul nourishing ❤ Thank you Adriene and the 9,000 others that practiced at the same time as me! Namaste 🙏🏻
Namaste to you as well friend!
This sounds so cozy and nice
aww such a good feeling to see someone in the same early morning sleepy situation❤️ we got this💗
Love you & Thanks so much for my body and soul # from Thailand 🙂❤️🙏🙏🙏

BEAUTIFUL
I am having the worst day. I cried while doing the first half of the session. By the second half I think all my pent up emotions found peace. Thank you for being a ray of peace in a stranger’s life.
So sorry about your day. I truly hope that tomorrow treats you better!
Sending you so much love and peace. Peace is something I am working on too. It's nice we can do it together and we are not alone and Adriene brings us together 🥰🥰
@@Vardagaladhiel thank you so much ❤
@@jamiespice8742 exactly. Such a beautiful community uplifting each other ❤. Thank you so much ❤ Praying for a ray of peace in your life
Literally me today too- it’s nice to hear that others are trying to just take it one step at a time too🥹
Namaste from Mozambique everybody
Just wonderful/ thank you for the reminder to root aspects of my life x🧡
I love this series and you so much. You’re helping me come out of a really depressive state.
I hope you feel a bit better very soon. Love from sweden 😊
I combine ywa and the Wim Hof method, maybe check it out if it sounds right.
keep on moving, you are not alone ❣
You're definitely not alone, keep going you're doing amazing. love and blessings :)
Utterly life-changing. xxx
Incredible! 1000 days?! Wow.
Wow 😮1000 days of sharing this awesome practice with Adriene and Benji. Good for you 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Good morning from Ireland everyone. 💚👋🏽 I’m already feeling a change in my body after only three days. Adriene is such a great yogi.
Another Irish devotee here 👏 doing this at 6am may be my new commitment 😊
Right there with you both... 💚💚
Good morning back from Ireland! :)
Another Irish yogi here, enjoying the session, thank you Adriene stay rooted everyone good luck ☘️☘️☘️
Also practicing from Ireland 💚
Good morning from Kyiv, Ukraine! Adriene you're a gem! I am with YWA since 2018 and in love with it!
Thank you, namasté :)
Phew! Today felt hard for me, but I did it 😊 well done everyone, thanks for practicing with me and see you tomorrow ❤
Yea! Well done to you as well!
Today I didn‘t feel like coming to the mat - but then I remembered to just „show up“. Thank you! This was what I needed today.
Same here :)
I literally have her voice in my head saying it whenever I don’t feel like doing something and it actually changes a lot. Quite impressive!
WAT TO GO!!!!! GIOD FOR YOU!
Feel better soon I am still trying to regain my energy after having Covid during Thanksgiving
Proud of you und gute Besserung! :)
Well done! Keep going!
May you regenerate fully soon again!
@@paulagabay9915 Thank you, Paula. I hope you will fully recover soon. Maybe these 30 days with Adriene help. Take it slow!
Wow, what a strong start. I ❤ it.
Good luck to you with your surgery. Take care of yourself, sending healing vibes x
@@jenchristensen66 thank you so much Jen!
Sending warm wishes for a speedy recovery from your surgery. Look after yourself. It’s great to know that yoga is always there to return too xx
Good luck! You will do amazing!
@@gilliantrainor4593 Thank you💛
I'm giving yoga a first try with this series, and wow, the difference I felt after such a short time surprised me!
Hey! Also from the Netherlands and never completely finished the 30 days, last year I made it to day 24 somewhere in February😅
Wow you are a long way from me, welcome, I am from Texas. I found Adrienne about 4 months ago, and did 2 of her older 30 sessions and really happy to have started this new one in 'real time'. Looking forward to being a veteran, like you! Happy New Year!
Does anyone like me feel this beautiful rush of energy go through all her body after each session! ❤
Cape Town, South Africa clocking in. Namaste
Be happy, not because everything is good, but because you can see the good side of everything
Love this ❤
Ohh my goodness, I refreshed the page after finishing the practice and 6000!!! of us did this at the same time ♥ ♥ ♥
Thanks for ending with Namaste full of love and kindness 🙏
Inner smile to hear Adriene close with - Namaste
I'm a bit off track with the timings but I'm so glad I'm still here :)
Hello from Australia, where Center goes live at 5pm; it's a perfect transition from day to evening. Can everyone hear Adriene's heartbeat throughout these practices? Centered.
Yess! I noticed her heartbeat yesterday
Me too! Wasn't sure how it would go but actually those hip openers felt great - just what I needed
I wish I had been practising yoga when I was still having periods, I think it would have really helped. Well done!
I'm laying on the couch with bad cramps right now. Your comment gives me hope that I will still make it today 🙏🥹
Edit: I did it 💪🏻✨
“Feel the support.. it’s always there” 😭😭 so grateful for you Adriene!
I’m grateful for you too. 🤍

I loved visiting Israel. Blessings on you as you practice.
Beautiful! 🤍🤍
Thank you so much for this. Good morning and good vibes from the UK to you all. Have a wonderful day :)
Namaste!
74 that's wonderful.
You are an inspiration!!! Thanks Terri for sharing and being an inspiration!!! 🙏🥰
Simply grateful
I love your videos sm they make me so much calmer
I am way behind as I started just 4 days ago and I wanted to share how grateful I am that you have these available even when life has not allowed us to all go at the same pace and start at the same time. Today was so challenging for me but I am really proud of myself for doing it. I am starting to argue with my excuses as to why I can’t and just do it as well as I can. Thank you for this practice and this community.
I'm here on January 31st! The latecomers will unite!

Good morning from London - so great to see people from around the world practicing together.
Thank You!❤❤❤
I was so happy you included a yogic squat. It’s my favorite pose
Hard days suck, congrats on making it to the mat though!
I was going through the same! Thank you for sharing
I cried all through day 2. Yoga can do that to me or my hormones or even something I'm dealing with in my life. But I've found that on my mat is where I feel safest. We've got you. You are never weak. Somedays you just need a little more love and care.
@@rafieldcorn1385 thanks :)
@@morenagreppi6333 Thank you :) I've decided to share my thoughts every day after a practice ;)
This is my third year in a row beginning these yearly series, but I have to admit I have never yet made it to the end. So I am trying something new by actually commenting and hoping for a little outside support. Day 4 already! It cannot be that hard to keep up, right?
You can do it!
Go for it! Let’s stick with this commitment to ourselves, hope to see you again tomorrow 🥰
You got this! We are here with you.
That's what worked for me! I've had a few months off my mat due to cancer treatment but I managed to complete my challenge of 365 days in a row last year! You can do it 🙏
Welcome! You got this - one day at a time!
Good Morning everyone ❤
Well, that was day 4 for me. I feel great.
Thank you Adriene ❤
I missed so much the finishing Namaste ! 🙏🏼
Thank you Adriene for this amazing journey.
Namaste Adriene 💞
Day 4 done! Feels so good! Hi from Vancouver Island 🥰
YWA helped me get through the loss of both my mom and my daughter in 2018. Thank you Adriene!
All the love in my heart goes to you. Thank you for sharing your practice with me. Yours, Adriene
I have hard time being gentle with myself, so your encouragement to be gentle is big thing. I cry during practice as I'm processing a lot, I don't even know where it is coming from. I feel that it's first moment focusing on myself since a long time.

Just fyi, I didn’t want to be here doing that but I did it anyway. Not sure I feel better for it in THIS moment but I know tomorrow I will be glad that today me kept it up so that tomorrow we can be on track. Keep trekking fam 🫶🏼
Your voice is calming. I sure appreciate you doing this. I really hope you will continue teaching those of us who are in a situation where we can't pay for a trainer or classes. When I get ahead, I will pay it forward. Much laughter, love, happiness, good health and many blessings to you 🕊️♥️🕊️
I loved this! I was also glad Adriene finally said namaste. I missed hearing it the last three days...
joining in for a bedtime session, Calgary Canada. I loved imagining ripping the mat apart with my feet. such a strong visual. thank you for another great video!
Going through a break up right now. I didn’t feel great before this practice. I’m sure I won’t feel great later either. However, during this practice I forgot my mind and found my body and i really needed that. Thank you Adriene.

Good morning ❤ It’s March 2023 and I just started this journey this past Monday. I kept putting it off until I could do it with my usual partner but after weeks of mismatched schedules I’ve decided to just go for it. Hi I am a newbie to Yoga, after anxiety and menopause I realised I needed to find something just for me. I came across your videos with Benji. They are so calming and the first 3 days I cried after, maybe the release of built up tension? Legs and arms still wobbly 😊 Thankyou for sharing from Kate in the UK xx
