    my family still owns this kind of weighing scale but in an older model and the height rod is gone 😅

      +Juan Garcia you don't have to calibrate these scales. Just adjust the zero and it should be right on.

      they do get out of calibration from hard use. To calibrate, set both weights at zero, then there is an adjustable screw just to the left of the beam - if the pointer is hitting the bottom when both weights are at the left, then turn the screw until the pointer is lined up with the line at the right side. Good to go

    What a worthless video. It does not show how to ZERO it! WTF good does it do to know how to use it if it isn't ZERO'd?
