I get the feeling that he hasn't lived much.
It is not a bad thing that he seems to resign to his fate, but I also hope that he can be a little more confident like Ellil.
Sim, if you are reading this, remember, almost everyone has some kind of problems. In a good relationship, both parties can be "burdens" to each other, but both parties also help each other out. I hope you will find someone who accepts you for who you are and create more wonderful memories together.

Hi Dear, just remember anxiety is basically the fear of the unknown, it easy for people like us who have anxiety to fear the what if’s, but don’t let it take over you, write your worries down and meditate or go for long walks with nature. Life is both cruel and a blessing we just need to know how to navigate through the tough times. People who been through challenges become one of the happiest individuals. Take care and everything will resolve itself

My friend also had bone cancer in her spine. They found it around her 21 birthday and she fought it off for 3 years until it finally took her. I remember her hoping that her testing and experimental treatments helped others who had the same condition in the future. She hated whenever anyone was acting doom and gloom and said that she was always thankful for anyone just being there because her friends and family started avoiding her once she was diagnosed. People tend to distance themselves from the sick and dying and I get that. I really do, because it's so much harder to let them go but if you really care about someone, you face that heartbreak for their sake.

It's hard to think "maybe I could have prevented this" or "maybe it would have been different if I did this," but in the end, I don't think it's the fault of the people who has been victimized by these illnesses! Life is too short and I'm grateful to those brave hearts who does not hesitate to share their destinies beautifully. I lost my grandmother years ago and I didn't attend her funeral as I was studying in a place far away from home. On the eve of her death she called me up, says a prayer and blessed me only to know that she have passed away the following morning. I cried alone biting my blankets to not let anyone hears but ya it was a beautiful memory to remember at the end of the day. Now my parents are older with many physical problems but I have to stay positive and living life day to day.

It's so refreshing and downright way to open up a truthful conversation with our family and friends instead of keeping it a secret to the last minute. That way it keeps people informed. I've witnessed several death in my journey and the only optimistic view I have is to look back at life that I live my life with no regrets. Being kind to people and animals. Preparing for our final destination is not looking back at what we have achieved or accumulated but what kind of legacy we leave behind for our children and friends. Being kind, compassionate, forgiving, and generous throughout your own personal life journey will be the answer. We should be able to embrace death when the time comes.

My mom had breast cancer when I was 13 and her condition was hidden for years before my aunt broke it to me. I felt so guilty and devastated.
I remember coming back from the hospital crying alone in bed and being weighed by the potential prospect that I could’ve lost her, she’s thankfully still surviving and on medication.
It really opened my eyes up to how fragile and precious human life is, and how you never know when it’s your last day.

My mom was diagnosed with cancer last year. 5 weeks after she was diagnosed she died. She couldn't breathe and as someone with asthma being with my mom while she struggled was the worst. We looked through assisted suicide programs because of her pain. Looking back I wish we were able to get approved for a right to life program but because of my hope that she'd be okay we delayed it and it only got worse. She was all I had for family. I have no siblings or dad or grandparents. When she died I was lying in her hospital bed with her and tried to sing her favorite songs but kept sobbing. Then that morning around 3 she passed away. And that drive home at 5am was the most surreal strange experience I've ever had.

My mother also had stage 4 cancer but she survived yet now 10 years later it has relapsed and this time the cancer is much stronger and at more places. However, I think that the most difficult is paying for good and high quality cancer treatment. Right now for the relapse she has went through 6 courses of Chemo with little effect and the doctor recommends this new drug but it's $10,000 per month which is more than 3 times our gross household income. What makes it worse is that very little insurances will cover a recovered cancer patients so now we can't even depend on insurance.

I have a rare autoimmune disorder called ITP. Rarely enough, my identical twin sister also has ITP . She just went through her doses of chemotherapy in August
I am not really scared about my life tbh. But I am always so worried for her.
I don't wanna die but I also know that there's no treatment for this disorder.
I sometimes have no will to live anymore. Its just too much to take sometimes.
I feel like not going for my check ups, neither taking medicines, rather doing anything for that matter.
But I know I can't give up. I can't do that to my parents or to myself.
I hope anybody going through similar problems gets to heal.

My grandmother passed away recently, I lost her to heart disease and lost my grandpa 5 years ago to 3 cancers. I am always terrified of the idea of me getting cancer really young, and have terrible anxiety. After my grandmother had passed, I have been trying hard to love healthy.

I feel so touched watching this video really. The two ladies look so amazing and they’re glowing. They’re ageing so well so beautifully and I mean it in a good way. If I didn’t see them in these videos I wouldn’t believe they’re cancer patients. The guy in white makes me feel really sad that he’s unable to do a lot of things because of his sickness. But then again I believe God is fair, because he’s unable to do many things he’s been made exempted from many difficult challenges that we ‘normal people’ face in life, like in our career, relationship, marriage, materials etc. These things that bother me on a daily basis look so minimal and meaningless now. Actually everyone that appears in this video all inspired me in some ways, especially how I see lives. I would like to wish them all the best, every journey will come to an end and while the end might appear a little bit closer to them already, I hope they can spend their remaining days meaningfully, filling with joy. God bless.

I cried throughout this... When the old man said his wife didn't even want to leave the house without him after his diagnosis, because she was scared he would be gone when she came back and she would never see him again, just broke me. I imagine I'd feel the same way if my husband was diagnosed with a terminal illness. So many touching and heartbreaking stories.

" don't always dwell in what you are experiencing now, one day it will turn out beautiful"
"I think sometimes what's really really, very important is the way we look at the situation. It's up to us, you need to decide what kind of ending you want. If you want a happy ending then you'll get it, but if you're thinking about a sad ending, then you'll also get that.

I had a talk with my older children on the matter of if I get sick or mentally decline even more they are not to care for me. I ordered them to live their lives to the fullest and not worry about me. I am not my childrens burden, responsibility or obligation to care for me as I age. I will not get in the way of their possibilities. Its not right to set such expectations on the youths. I rather live in a nursing home so my child have a fighting chance at a real life love and families of their own.

Only in surrender, will we embrace death with no fear, denial or regret. Death is the promise of new life. It need not be a last day if it's gonna be a new day in a big way. I too am at the edge. Thankful I woke up this morning but yearning for the suspense to pass. I am ready for God.
