First of all, the person in the video added ham, and a lot of hams here are salty enough, it can give flavor. Second, chili is not necessary, actually pepper is more common in fried rice. Try to respect culture or learn more about cooking. Don’t just give comments.

요즘엔 볶음밥에 계란 코팅했다고 후라이 안주고 칵테일 새우 대충 두어개 얹어주고 미리 만든 짬뽕국물 주는집이 대부분인데 여긴 근본이네요 볶음밥조리+짜장소스와 만나면 고소함 폭발하는 튀긴계란+미리 만들면 비린내 나서 즉석에서 만들어 내놓는 계란국까지 웍에 손 3번 간다고 이런식으로 조리 안해주는집이 대부분인게 현실
굉장히 요리에 신경을 많이 쓰시는게 보이는 영상이네요. 아마도 방송촬영이 한몫하였겠죠. 다만, 개인적으로 조금 아쉬운 부분은 볶음밥 과정에서 재료를 따로 볶기 위해 용기를 옮겨 담는 과정은 생략 또는 개선되면 좋겠네요. 최종적으로 볶긴 하겠지만 맨 마지막 영상과같이 용기에 담겨 식어가는 과정에서 볶음밥에 쓰였던 많은 양의 기름이 재료에서 흘러나와 조금이라도 느끼하게 느껴질수있거든요. 식당에서 먹는 볶음밥과 배달되어 집에서 먹는 볶음밥의 차이를 생각하시면 좋겠네요.
