Because of RUclips contributors I keep finding high intensity works. After a handful of years of continued listening and finding new ones, I keep finding new ones. This is another one. I added to my private listening list.
a most rnost enjoyable work - a symphony with some actual melodic content - glad to make its acquaintance - a definite "keeper".
I read on the pocket of this Melodiya : Isai Sherman conducts the works 3 and 4 : "Children Suite" and "Concertino-Toccata". The works 1 and 2 ("Symphony No. 1" and "Festive Overture") are conducted by Nathan G. Rachlin. All the works are performed by the same orchestra ("Tatar ASSR State PO"), excepted the "Children Suite" (String orchestra).
Corentin Boissier (collectionCB, collectionCB2 and collectionCB3)
It may interest visitors to know that Luppov is indeed a Tatar symphonist (like Yarullin, Cihanov, Ahmetov, Shamsutdinova, and others including half of Sofia Gubaidulina).
