Same here! But instead of where I came from (New York is Unova…parts of it), my region is based off of South America and the Bahamas (with hints of Africa). All regions created are of first-world countries, so why not a third-world country? Plus, the theme is Extinction (the super strong legendary that you have to beat IS the K-T extinction event).
Same here, but mine’s based on the southeast United States, and the whole theam of the region is disabilities and adapting to them. I really want disabled characters and mon in Pokémon, as it hurts that disabled people like me can’t see ourselves in Pokémon at all. Also the Southeast United States has one of the largest biodiversity in the country, and is home to one of the largest training school run by disabled people to train disabled people, and one of the most famous disabled Americans, Helen Celler

The fact that you've made a video about Amaze-All being the antagonists in this game, but still have the Champion be someone sponsored by them, tells me that either the Elite Four isn't the end of the main game or that the Player doesn't defeat Amaze-All until the post-game.
I would have given Cleary a Trevenant instead of his Goodra, Kokoro a Polteageist instead of his Electrode and Catalina a Roserade instead of her Chatot. It makes more sense for me, but it's your game after all.

Honestly, I love this elite 4 with their more thematic sides with a big emphasis on cultures. Cleary is a very interesting one since you have this druid vibe to him (considering Paganism was incredibly demonised) in an area partially based on Oregon. I swear, if Amaze-all consumers start getting cult-like, I wouldn't be surprised if he advocated some separation. I especially like Pemba since her garb is giving me all of the vibes and the Saharan team makes me say "about time" to Pokemon. Seriously, an African inspired region would be so cool to see. Kokoro is a nice unity of all these inanimate mons and definitely feels like he could be settled in Hoenn. Catalina being a coordinator is very nice since the contests of the games usually have Idol/Eurocentric stars. Kind of wish she had a rival who came from Unova who is inspired by the likes of Crystal Labeija and the Harlem Balls. As for Yaz, he is giving me the answer to what if you fused Leon, Jake Paul, Andre and Hakeem from the first series of Empire. He's a champion you want to take down for his flippancy but one who I understand why he has a following. I mean, him wanting a legend makes too much sense. I mean, every other champion in the series has been okay about being dethroned. Even Child star Leon hides a frown. Honestly, we've needed a guy who would rather you pry the crown off his cold, dead hands.

That idea of the Elite Four being visiting strong trainers from all over the world was great, but maybe it could be taken even further. Like, there could be a pool of 10 to 20 trainers, of which 4 are randomly chosen. Since they are not permanent, I think this would make a lot of sense. Maybe there could even be some that we already know; E4 members, Kahunas or Champions from already existing regions. A bit like the Alola champion contender being random every time you go back to the league, but in a bigger scale.
I would cry like hell if this game was ever made. This is the most in depth Fakemon region I've ever seen, and I am so invested in all of the characters!
"through capture or... creation" so we have some confirmation that the weird combo pokemon between rotom/rotomb and porygon isnt the original bird thankfully so heres my theory: Amaze-all will intervene during the battle (about half way through), the strange pokemon combination will be given to Yazin and of course he will use it without any questions, you will defeat it in a pokemon battle (but it will still be awake after the battle because duh) and the (ill just call the pokemon combination "Rotgon") Rotgon will break out of control of the amaze-ball and will rampage and we will need to find the actual legendary bird to destroy/capture Rotgon. Yazin and Amaze-all will be outcasted and an alternate region champion will be picked for you to fight. of course this is all a theory and i have no idea what story they have planned
I love how this concept of the elite 4 not only made each member have a range of great pokemon so you can't easily sweep. I also love how inclusive it is of other cultures and how it really makes a point to represent that culture!

I think It's an underlying theme yazin being Tom bezzles puppet,a similar sort of thing happened with Leon in that he's essentially a more realistic version of what happened if a literal 10 year old became champion,his starter is the "coolest",he has powerful and cool looking Pokémon,he has frankly awful dress sense,is caked in advertisements and has the energy of a big goofy dog that still thinks it's a puppy...
I love how Yazin is like one of those stereotypical flexer/influencers. A pretty unique idea especially since the champion being the apart of the villain team hasn't been done yet.
For the theme of 'change', It would be cool to have the Elite Four battles 'change' order that based on which season Port Alki is experiencing (because of natural weathergy advantages) with the stronger ones going last. That, or have the difficulty adjust (or 'change') depending on environmental decisions you made throughout the game, with the stronger fights being determined by who doesn't like your character's 'outlook' so to speak.

But the ideas are cool and thought out and knowing the Pokemon community and it's passion, someone might give it a try to bring the ideas to a game. Just look at Pokemon Uranimum. That was taken down. But you can still find the game floating out there in the community if you want to play it.

Same here! But instead of where I came from (New York is Unova…parts of it), my region is based off of South America and the Bahamas (with hints of Africa). All regions created are of first-world countries, so why not a third-world country? Plus, the theme is Extinction (the super strong legendary that you have to beat IS the K-T extinction event).
Same here, but mine’s based on the southeast United States, and the whole theam of the region is disabilities and adapting to them. I really want disabled characters and mon in Pokémon, as it hurts that disabled people like me can’t see ourselves in Pokémon at all. Also the Southeast United States has one of the largest biodiversity in the country, and is home to one of the largest training school run by disabled people to train disabled people, and one of the most famous disabled Americans, Helen Celler

The fact that you've made a video about Amaze-All being the antagonists in this game, but still have the Champion be someone sponsored by them, tells me that either the Elite Four isn't the end of the main game or that the Player doesn't defeat Amaze-All until the post-game.
I would have given Cleary a Trevenant instead of his Goodra, Kokoro a Polteageist instead of his Electrode and Catalina a Roserade instead of her Chatot. It makes more sense for me, but it's your game after all.

Honestly, I love this elite 4 with their more thematic sides with a big emphasis on cultures. Cleary is a very interesting one since you have this druid vibe to him (considering Paganism was incredibly demonised) in an area partially based on Oregon. I swear, if Amaze-all consumers start getting cult-like, I wouldn't be surprised if he advocated some separation.
I especially like Pemba since her garb is giving me all of the vibes and the Saharan team makes me say "about time" to Pokemon. Seriously, an African inspired region would be so cool to see.
Kokoro is a nice unity of all these inanimate mons and definitely feels like he could be settled in Hoenn.
Catalina being a coordinator is very nice since the contests of the games usually have Idol/Eurocentric stars. Kind of wish she had a rival who came from Unova who is inspired by the likes of Crystal Labeija and the Harlem Balls.
As for Yaz, he is giving me the answer to what if you fused Leon, Jake Paul, Andre and Hakeem from the first series of Empire. He's a champion you want to take down for his flippancy but one who I understand why he has a following. I mean, him wanting a legend makes too much sense. I mean, every other champion in the series has been okay about being dethroned. Even Child star Leon hides a frown. Honestly, we've needed a guy who would rather you pry the crown off his cold, dead hands.

That idea of the Elite Four being visiting strong trainers from all over the world was great, but maybe it could be taken even further. Like, there could be a pool of 10 to 20 trainers, of which 4 are randomly chosen. Since they are not permanent, I think this would make a lot of sense. Maybe there could even be some that we already know; E4 members, Kahunas or Champions from already existing regions.
A bit like the Alola champion contender being random every time you go back to the league, but in a bigger scale.
I would cry like hell if this game was ever made. This is the most in depth Fakemon region I've ever seen, and I am so invested in all of the characters!

so we have some confirmation that the weird combo pokemon between rotom/rotomb and porygon isnt the original bird thankfully so heres my theory:
Amaze-all will intervene during the battle (about half way through), the strange pokemon combination will be given to Yazin and of course he will use it without any questions, you will defeat it in a pokemon battle (but it will still be awake after the battle because duh) and the (ill just call the pokemon combination "Rotgon") Rotgon will break out of control of the amaze-ball and will rampage and we will need to find the actual legendary bird to destroy/capture Rotgon.
Yazin and Amaze-all will be outcasted and an alternate region champion will be picked for you to fight.
of course this is all a theory and i have no idea what story they have planned

I love how this concept of the elite 4 not only made each member have a range of great pokemon so you can't easily sweep. I also love how inclusive it is of other cultures and how it really makes a point to represent that culture!

For the theme of 'change', It would be cool to have the Elite Four battles 'change' order that based on which season Port Alki is experiencing (because of natural weathergy advantages) with the stronger ones going last. That, or have the difficulty adjust (or 'change') depending on environmental decisions you made throughout the game, with the stronger fights being determined by who doesn't like your character's 'outlook' so to speak.

I really love how this region is turning out, keep up the good work Gnoggin and the artists who drew the Pokemon, I can't wait to see the final Pokemon of this region! I wonder tho, where is our regional Meowth?

Pffft- Those are probably just bread rolls either from actually eating a lot of bread (which is fine bread is awesome I just think he’s disgracing bread because he doesn’t seem very nice... for now at least) or he actually taped some bread rolls on his tummy. Plus he looks overage for me anyway.

i think a fun concept for the elite four rematch would be for it to have different members of past elite fours appear there instead, maybe an event to see the original ones too.

@@samo4576 There are so many ROM hacks out there that still exist. Don't have to be so negative. Not expecting him to make it. And it doesn't have to even be marketed;/publicized. But the ideas are cool and thought out and knowing the Pokemon community and it's passion, someone might give it a try to bring the ideas to a game. Just look at Pokemon Uranimum. That was taken down. But you can still find the game floating out there in the community if you want to play it.
