My best interpretation is that mc needs to connect with the people in the otherworld (same way we humans need human connection and all that)bc in all the other endings where mc stays she doesn't lose her mind, same here with chopped, if we choose to stay with them, nothing happens or at least, nothing indicates that mc is losing her mind, but when we leave and search for the exit alone, thats where mc turns into a monster This is just my interpretation, if someone doesn't agree thats fine xd

For some reason, at 4:11 right next to Mr Chopped, there is a tall black thing behind a giant stick that looks like a weapon (not sure but I feel like it could be Mr Silvair's pants and weapon) I think at that point the MC was beaten up by Mr Silvair and then he burned the MC (based on the frying sound) while the MC slowly turned into a monster basically the same fate as End:08 but this time the MC are the one who dies
Oh I actually didn't notice the tall black shadow, good observation! And yeah I definitely also feel like this is SUCH a parallel to end08 :') LET MC AND MR. CHOPPED HAVE THEIR MOMENT OF PEACE T^T

My believe is Mr. Silvair will attack danger things and combined with the fact that the MC can slowly turn into a monster just by how long the MC is trapped in this abandoned apartment With the option part ways with them to go find the elevator (it's unclear how long the MC been searched until she kinda forgot something) she may have been transformed into a monster that Mr. Silvair hardly recognize at first, worried that MC might attack (when the MC lost her mind) he would definitely burn MC to prevent things like that happening
@@kamicokimun1614 This this this, this route is gotten when MC has become monstrous in the early game, and considering how Mr. Silvair even killed Mr. Chopped the moment he turned monstrous in END08, it would make perfect sense he'd kill us here, some random monster who wandered into his room
my theory is that due to staying too long in the realm while looking for the exit we progressively turned into a monster, but the transformation was too much for us too handle so eventually we die from it (?) or become an actual monster and lose our consciousness 😭😭 and all before mr chopped’s eyes… im not sure why we collapsed in the first place but i don’t think its because of mr chopped himself though, as the crushing sound is similar to ours when we killed other monsters with our powers so it might just me our mutated body that is facing the consequences (or maybe is it just a coincidence?), from what i understood in the last part he didn’t even recognize us at first until we said his name in our language, but in end 2 seems like we end up dying/losing our mind anyway, only in the second variation (where we say his name) he atleast recognizes us and is happy to see us one last time before the end😭😭😭
@yeah!! after rewatching the ending a few times it seems that he’s most likely to be happy to see us back (probably a long time since our last encounter) as we told him we’d leave when we returned him to mr silvair, so he probably thought we were never going to see each other again and so was relieved to be reunited, he was concerned for us in the first place and probably knows that monsters are able to regenerate (it’s the case for him) but he probably doesn’t know we originally weren’t a monster and that we can’t regenerate at that point 😭 if you look closely at the end when our screen is entirely black he says « you…? » which probably means he realized we lost consciousness/died😭😭😭 omg im bawling my eyes out he literally just watched us die and even worse, since it’s an open to interpretation ending, who knows if we lost our mind and became crazy to the point we’d hurt him… 😭😭😭😭 id rather go for the first ending for sure 🥹
I'm removing that comment because I don't want the way you play it to spread. But yes, you're illegally pirating the game and actively hurting the author. Please buy the game and support indie devs
