i made a lot of cement pots, i mix 100% of cements and 30 % of sands, but why all of my pots always crack when i put my succulent? i didn't use wire, do you have the same problem? because you not use the wire like me.
no wire is not important 1# mix cement and send well and make good Cement paste 2# apply oil on pots before adding Cement in pot 3# wait for 24 hour's untill Cement become fully dry 4# after 24 hour's separate plastic pot from Cement with the help of boiled water 5# now place the separted Cement planter in water for three days this step is so important because water makes the cement strong so don't miss this step
@@TensionFreeWorld you are amazing dude!!!!!! thank you for your kind reply and your advice.. please kindly cek my instagram @ruangdanmassa .. i make a lot of cement craft in indonesia
The entirety of something is 100%. So you can't be using 100% of cement & 30% of sand as that would be 130%. You must be using 70% cement & 30% sand that equals 100%. 😁😁🙏🙏
Too much water/ runny concrete, or too fast drying (better to do it for longer in the shade), or you made the walls of your pot too thin, make them about 1 inch thick. Good luck :)
put a bottle cap at the bottom, i hot glue it so it won't move, and it also serves as my guide on how thick i want the bottom of my pot is, ilove it because it's not too thick or too thin😊
It's a shame you didn't show putting a hole in the bottom, or explain further why you soaked the pots. Does that make drilling easier? I would really have liked to see that.
the purpose of soaking it in water for a few days is to get rid of the chemicals within the concrete so that when you put soil and plants in it, your plants won't suck up any bad chemicals. Also, when you drill the drainage hole, you should wet the concrete first so that it'll prevent cracking.

I tried but my pot got broken .it became pieces after it is dried..what can be the reason

@@richarddeleon8424 Thank you Richard.. Fabulous advice.. Keep safe...
What's the difference between using cement with sand and plain cement?
Plain cement will crumble in days. If sands hard to come by, use pebbles. The smaller the better but anything will do really
Very nice
You use oil around the walls of containers?
Yes any oil which was available in house...
yes

Hi, I was wondering the reason to put the cement pot for 4 days on water, Can you tell me why?
water make cement pot strong like stone
Thanks for asking; I was wondering the same thing...
But what about drain hole, how to do??
Why soak it in water?
Thank you! Now i ve free pots
I used a straw for drainage hole. But forgot to put oil on in. So if you’re going to use straw remember to oil it too.
How..?
Yes, how?
Do you first make the hole while it's still plastic and then insert straw for the cement?
Great video! Thanks for sharing
Great idea
why did you have to place it in water for 3-4 days? What would happen if we don't put the pot in the water?
It'll crack.
Great idea😱😱

why to put in a water?
Water gives more Strong ness and hardness to the cement pot
