Thomas Cruse is Vice President and Senior Training Officer of Progressive Fighting Systems under Sifu Paul Vunak. In Sept 2011 Sifu Tom visited Ballistic Fighting Methods for a private training session, and was asked by Sifu Nik of Ballistic Fighting Methods to answer a few questions.

Zibtihaj- There is trapping in JKD, and the traditional trapping methods are still taught. You hear Sifu Cruse mention trapping as "Wing Chun Entry."

what about the traditional trapping (I think that is also in JKD).....I mean can you still pull off the lap sao etc. do you still teach that or no ?
