What about Ghatak UAV, its a jet powered uav and it has been under development for a few years.
Flaris is similar to the Vision Jet from Cirrus. Flalris has done a good and pivot and it was evident from the beginning (not an aftere thought).
Verry soon (or maybe already) VJ may also be revealing their "Drone" version.
On a "similar" line but not the same a US company has repurposed a Turboprop Ag Vehicle as a CAS Aircraft. (a brilliant idea forr small countries)
so basically Adani will make an assembly plant max ....NO R&D NO IP....does adani even have any product of its own in defense sector or just screwdrivering ?

Technology transfer ke mamle me sari foreign company kisi private and PSU ko hi technology transfer karti hai. Wo aise hi safe feel karte hai. Kya apne complex assembly line dekhi hai aircraft ya drone ki. Achcha chalo youtuber me automobile car ki assembly line ki ek video dekh lo pata chalega kitna kaam kaise hota hai. Robotic arms, PLC and Scada programing. Precision form work. Asan nahi hai ye sab bhi investment bhi karna hota hai.
India needs to go full on drone heavy, Ukraine war is proving the effectiveness of drones, specially kamikaze ones with super low cost. These are taking out larger systems like tanks and even parked aircrafts.

Those who are criticizing Adani and other businessmen for reselling foreign made products. Let me enlighten them with some facts
we don't have the technology, our r&d is lagging behind. Do we have any other options? Similar business models have been very successful in other domains like electronics. Take the example of the company boat, they used to import all the watches from china, still they do but not as much as they used to do earlier. They have setup few factories and in near future they might even make everything on their own. So this model has been good so far. Therefore, stop criticizing businessmen who are doing business by reselling foreign made items. It will be beneficial for us in the longer run.

Sadly HTFE is an internal project of HAL without any support from the government. So its progress is extremely slow.
DRDO needs to take up the development of such a Turbofan Drone for the HTFE-25 to be reignited into full speed.
