Empty weight of LCH is around 300kg less than ATAK, as well as it's not just about engine power, it's about the engine tuning too
The helicopter doesn't reach higher altitudes because there is a drop in the oxygen level with altitude that reduces engine's performance thus you get limit in max altitude.
In LCH the engine and it's configuration is tuned in such a way that the engine can perform at its max even with low oxygen level.
Don't want to demean you, but please do some study before you make illogical points.

In addition, the decrease in air pressure rather than oxygen reduces the performance of the helicopter at high altitude. Coming to the issue of engine power, if you say that the Indian helicopter goes up by turning more rpm with the same power, this is not possible. I look at the issue from physics.

Yes, engines can be tuned for different operational conditions, ATAK is made for Hot and high condition whereas LCH is made for high and cold conditions.
It's not only about the engine's RPM, it's also about air intake, more air input can improve pressure thus, performance

According to it's makers in Turkey - only the airframe is produced based on license from Augusta Westland and nothing else. Engine is from US. Other systems are their own.
Manufacturing licensed parts is different from creating from scratch.

They choose that route, they gained experience from this and even export success. The license is set to expire in 2027 or something. They have now Atak 2 program that is being done from scratch - which is heavier than this - which has it's airframe done indigenously and it's indigenous engine is being tested.

T129's design is Italian other than that it's all Turkish except engine which will also be soon replaced with indigenous TEI TS1400 engines. And on other hand LCH Prachand is indigenous design but other than that everything fifted in airframe is imported if T129 is not indigenous than LCH is also not indigenous it is the only neutral analysis or comparison but problem is andh bhaktism 😂
T 129 Atak helicopter is suitable helicopter so as HAL Prachand attack helicopter. Its just their nationalistic ego that brought this unwanted debate on web.
So LCH Prachand is not Useful for Hot Conditions. I think It should be Modified for Hot Conditions & Wet Conditions Where it can be used in West India and NE India.
