even if the keyboard is not needed, i think i would like it more with the screen up
and replace the keyboard with another screen as well.
@@AdmiralBison that would be a cool idea
2 MAJOR THINGS need to happen for these devices to becoming the STANDARD of Gaming. 1. PRICE POINT 2. Microsoft Windows GAMING OS similar to Steam's Big Picture Mode/Steam Deck OS.... Unitil then, this market will remain niche. I do think XBox/Microsoft are about to announce a GAMING SPECIFIC OS very soon which will turn this market into the standard going forward.
@@gdot1803 Sure, and we know that, but the comment is right that it will remain niche so long as there are steps involved and average users need to interact with desktop Windows on a tiny device.
@@melancholyentertainment exactly. I think we can all see the inevitable. It's not a matter of if anymore it's a matter of when.
@@gdot1803 if microsoft is unable to capitalize on this LAY UP, they simply don't belong in gaming. 97% of PC Gaming PCs are windows based, we NEED microsoft to make a smart logical decision to help advance gaming forward fast. Give us a Gaming OS and let's move forward. It's literally RIGHT THERE for the taking!
So Ayaneo white labeled the reserves of Slides that didn't sell...interesting... This would be a great product between $350-$600 depending on processor and hard drive storage. Anything more than that and it'll just be the same thing all over again. I'd love to play around with one, I love the idea of it, but not for what companies are trying to sell it for.
They want $980 for this 😂😂😂😂
Right now on Antecs site with 32gb of ram and 2tb of storage they’re asking $700
It's $500 for the 16gb/512gb. $700 is the bundle with the 32gb/2tb model plus screen protector, docking station, carrying case, and extra thumbsticks. Pretty good value to me.
@@darron614 yeah from Antec it’s not a bad deal
£549 in uk for 32gb ram 2tb ssd variant with dock
uhm thats an ayaneo
Didn’t like GPD or Ayaneo do this first? Not really news it feels like for anyone who’s been actually looking at the scene.
Edit: Also, for those looking into this, the GPD Win 4 has a slide up screen too but is smaller, and has better build quality and top of the line specs. The PSP/Vita style design is nice too.
*I started my channel because of you* Centric 😢
They remade the sidekick but as a gaming handheld I see lol they should add google messenger/microsoft teams to it
Antec engineers defo had the Nokia/Sony gaming phones back in the day
My dad had one of those, it was very cool
the smaller size + keyboard is great
The Sidekick is back baby!
The keyboard would be very nice for strategy games.
The fact that Antec went from making cases to this...still got my Antec 1200 from a decade and a half ago.
GPD Win 4: "Copycats!"
GPD missed the mark on having a decent app that controls aspects to adjust a lot of the settings found in Steam OS and Aya Neo. Would like to get my hands on an Aya Neo Slide to see how it stacks up against the Win 4.
Win4 did it better. Just use handheld companion. Any software these companies make are garbage
They should have kept the Ayaneo colour schemes with the orange face buttons and key inscriptions.
Can't fault them on the price, though. Antec is charging way less for this than Ayaneo, and they're throwing in a good bunch of accessories, too. Very hard to resist at this price.
If you playing on a Nintendo Switch/lite first and after that you playing on an Antec Core HS. Which console is the best of them too?
very usuall🤠
I hope they wont charge me $300 for a chipped piece of plastic when i wanted to fix a trigger 💀 *asus* *cough cough*
First after 24 seconds , but 5 people have already clicked thumbs up despite not being able to watch an almost 10 minute long video.
Nothing wrong with showing support
Great detective work.
Thumbs up for effort creating the RUclips video itself
@@rivertonrock It was purely an observation no work involved.
Ngas got notifications on so they can dickride … they the same people who be donating to streamers and tiktokers who already got money
It’s a T-Mobile SideKick that plays games
I honestly can live without the screen like I have this whole time but, I think it is nice to have the option since it's there. I do like that you can bring the screen up though.
No thanks I love my lenovo legion go 144hz baby!!!!!😅
Wait is that a pink one?
Love the idea, but the keyboard wasn't thought out well.
With that price, its gonna have a harder time than the MSI handheld.
why did they have to make the triggers light blue? all white would have been so nice
If their support of is better than Ayaneo then I could see this selling pretty well
Looks cool, but I think it needs good software.
I think its a nice concept,, especially with more memory
Steam Deck and PS5 are the most popular consoles, yet new handheld makers continue to use Windows and asymmetrical analog sticks...
Valve and Sony aren't and cannot be a monopoly. Same with Microsoft
Another Windows PC
Sidekick Gaming PC
Please get a lian li 011 vision build
Dual Screen versions of this would be awesome.
Replace the keyboard with a screen and the top screen slides up all the way to the top.
That's actually genius
Ayaneo already have a model like that its like the Nintendo DS
@@itzswifty yeah but that's a clam shell and the bottom screen is too small for most games.
An AyaNeo Slide DS would allow standard one screen gaming when closed or dual screen when open and... The bottom screen can be the same size as the top screen.
i sid
I want one of that too, where can I buy it?
NEEEDDDDDD
Is this computex?
Pin me😊
i like the size
hi

Imagine a "gaming device" without a mouse.
Mice are productivity tools, don’t really need one thanks.
@@melancholyentertainment LOL
@@gytispranskunas4984same 😂
None of these PC handhelds seem as well thought out as the steam deck in terms of dealing with things inherent in PC gaming like needing to adjust the controls for games with no baked in support.
First
i still luv my ROG Ally!!
