I recently aquired a massive tick infestation on my property. At one point my senior had around 400 ticks attached to her. I've treated the property and both mobile homes twice a week for the last month. My puppy comes in at night then I put her outside in the morning's. After she'd leave I'd find 1 to 5 ticks in/on the bed. I thought they were dropping off due to the chemicals. I've read all about ticks in the last few weeks as I've not seen a tick or a flea on my property for 23 years. Those were dropping off because they were pregnant and going to lay eggs. I put a few in a plastic coffee can with moist paper as I wanted to see a cluster of eggs. And one did lay eggs about 20 days later. 36 hours ago I'd seen enough so i sprayed the inside of the coffee can with a lery light mist of permethrin mixed as you suggested. Of the 11 ticks in that can 3 are still moving. What do I have to do to kill these SOB's. I mix the 36.8% at 2oz/gal. I thought they'd be dead in no more than 1 hour. Should I mix it 3 oz/gal.? Thank you. Btw I live in Tucson AZ. same place the infestation happened
I have used this stuff for years, dog dip, garden spray, lawn spray, house spray, bug spray, flower spray, patio spray. I always use more than instructions say. It must work as I haven't seen roaches, ticks, fleas, caterpillars, pill bugs, flies, mosquitos, snakes, spiders, worms, or any other unwanted thing. It has killed everything. It has not killed my plants, my dog has been fine, yard looks great and house bug free. I love it. Use it for everything, and I don't bother with any other advertised product.
Hi Sandra Knight , can you please explain to me how exactly you use it. Please I’d really appreciate you. I have outdoor and inside fleas. It’s driving crazy.
Just remember that if you live upstream from any body of water these chemicals will leech into local water ecosystems and kill every fish it comes into contact with. You can kill a whole lake with a drop of this stuff you got to be real careful.
I have exactly the same thing and I went to let the pressure out and it just blew on my face. I feel fine washed my face immediately. But I pray this works. Neighbors just moved in a month ago and we started getting bugs and since the house is on mortgage and the lands rented they property manager won't send out pest control. Pray this work
Excellent! First video I’ve seen online discussing the type of push bottle that the Permethrin is in and how to squeeze it into the the ounces reservoir in order to measure the correct ratios. I’ve never seen a container like this before . Also thanks for the tips about spraying around windows and doors etc. I’m not sure you’re covered clearly on the perimeter of your home if you have trees and bushes to make sure you spray underneath the leaves because that’s where the ticks usually hang out.
I must have misread the label but I put 6 caps for 2 gallons so I think I doubled the dose. I sprayed it in the basement that’s not a living space and the perimeter of my house. The odor that I could smell in the house was like an oil smell but it wasn’t bad and was mostly gone in half a day. I hope this product works well I had somehow got fleas in my basement last year and just want to make sure nothing comes back. Thanks for the video!
I get birdmites, clovermites and springtails permetherine and biferin. I have permetherine for hiking clothes and gear. I sprayed it on my doormats outside around windows i use biferin spray around perimeter.
We bought a house with vinyl floor and the former owner used permithrin to treat his dogs quite often. We own cats. Are there good ways to clean permethrin? I read that it is very stable in indoor conditions.
He is making 0.5%of the chemical. On the label, there are different ratio that you can use depending on the situation. You can make 0.5%, 1.0% and 2.0%. 0.5% is for perimeter treatment
4oz to 20 gallons water to make dog tick dip. Double check the instructions but that’s what mine said. We keep a kiddy pool filled out back for the dog to cool off in during the summer. Used that a measured water with a 5 gallon bucket.

This stuff is great for spraying on your clothes to keep ticks away when working in the garden or outdoors. It dries on your clothes and survives 2 or 3 washings up to 30 days. Currently I buy this in bug spray bottles but I think I'd prefer it in bulk. Does it mention on that bottle if you mix it in a different dosage for clothing, or is it the same dosage? Also for you cat lovers, this is highly toxic to cats. I'm a dog guy soooooooo.....
I have large moths coming in my house somewhere. Will this produce work on them and can I spray it indoors? If so, what ration water to product. Thanks
Permethrin SFR is labeled for Gypsy and Indian meal moths. The mix rate varies from 1.6 ounces per gallon of water depending on the surface areas being treated, the insects being controlled and the method of application. For more information, visit us on our website.
Im treating our ornamental evergreens for bagworms, there are around 50, isit possible to use a non pre mix sprayer? It is much easier using the garden hose.
I've had success using the 10% with mix of 1 oz Permethrin with 24 oz of water. Kill the bugs in the hole if there and if you can get some on them they will die.
No, we do not recommend using this product on your furniture or as a broadcast indoor treatment. This product can only be used as a baseboard treatment indoors. Hopefully you found useful information in this video. Visit us on our website if you have any other questions.

Had he mixed it as he said he was going to 1.23 oz to 1 gal it should have been 1% but then he mixed it 1 and 2/3 (or 1.67) oz to one gallon. I think that would be more then needed.
@@catl4969 I looked up the formula and did the math again. My original comment is wrong. The solution is 36.8% or .368 x 1oz.
