How come this and other vlogs from this day leave out Billy Kempers biggest wave. In my opinion it was the biggest and heaviest wave that day. Mixed with the white water on the face and the little rainbow that appears by the barrel, im just confused why they left probably the sickest clip out of the video all together.
They book flights usually a few days before the waves get there, when they first see it on the storm/swell map. Would be too late if they waited till the waves were breaking.
what’s with those crazy slopey shoulders? was this an atypical swell angle? i feel like the shape on some of this is different than what i’ve seen on other big swells
