Starring two of best big wave surfers on the planet. Lucas Chumbo and Sebastian Steudtner riding what would be some of the biggest waves ever ridden.
3 days in February 2024 that will go down as historic.

Wow! It's like watching a rolling mountain tumble over! And a guy (or girl) on a toothpick trying to roll with it! I think the guys on jet skies were just as impressive as surfers!
Wow.... I have to be honest you guys that are surfing such enormous waves....you have a lot of balls. Insanity? When does it sink in when you know your riding down something so big the ocean can throw at you and instead of it hammering you down into the trough like a rag doll, you roll out over the crest of two waves that converge into one? It must be extremely rough riding these monster swells. I'm am more than impressed just seeing how the waves funnel up thru the canyon and unleash the fury. I'd pity anyone who goes out there without a clue what he or she got themselves into. A world of shit be best way to describe it I guess. To the top surfers Sebastian and Chumba correct me if I made an error on your names, congrats to you both on breaking records and all the power to you to catch a ride on bigger waves. Be safe out there everyone of you that go out and brave this element to bring us some amazing feats by surfing some of the gnarliest waves that even Sean Penn (Spicolli) wouldn't even attempt to surf. My hats off to anyone who risks everything he has to be an amazing athlete and take it beyond the edge of human craziness. Awesome everyone and thanks to everyone that keeps these men safe out there and those behind the scene as well the numerous people flying the drones to bring us this footage. Wow. Just... wow!!! Wow!!! Guts and glory all rolled into each wave you surf and come out safe. Be safe always but enjoy what you guys do best that's why your all number 1 on that day in that swell. Nobody comes in second place.

I honestly don’t know how these guys are even able to get on their boards what with carrying those enormous, large balls around.
I used to surf 10 to 15 footers and those were scary. This is insane.

I'm in my 60's and I just rode waves similar to these on the North Shore Hawaii. I was in a T-shirt and cut-offs. Cold water is not for me!
These rides are mesmerizing and exhilarating, suspenseful on the edge of your seat incredible!!! Major props to the Seadoo riders! Their talents are just as incredible as their surfers, takes my breath away! The footage of the excellent drone work, the music appropriate for every run! Gratitude and thank you’s seem effortless to give seeing an event that’s a joy to behold!🙏🏻❤️😎

I´ve been surfing for more than 50 years and that´s the very first time I see such a Brilliant Edit that actually makes me feel like I´m right there in the water trully witnessing that spectacular marvel of nature, so close as if I could be hit by one of them. I can feel the water drips, the wind chill in my body.

Missed it by one...F***ING day... Perpendicular gale force winds chopped the waves when I arrived. But the south beach had huge shore breaks, which were fun to watch.
Very little of most waves at Nazare are vertical. Half way down the wave it becomes a much more gentle slope, which makes me think that the surfable height of the wave is considerably less than the stated height. Other big waves such as Jaws, Mavericks and Mullaghmore are much more vertical and often break top to bottom so the surfer has to engage the whole height of the wave. Don't get me wrong to take on Nazare' is epic, but height isn't everything.

Music is well placed but the footage is extraordinary....there are a couple of bombs you can really feel what a majestic swell it was....

The video is incredible, it was a historic day, I already felt that when I arrived at Cliff. Unfortunately, the times I tried to fly the FPV I couldn't. The drone can handle a lot of wind, and this time it couldn't handle it, Good work 💥🙌🏼💯🔱🤟🏼

Great footage but I had to turn the sound off because of that horrid Which Way Are You Taking music. You are very good at what you do and want you to grow your subs. But bad music kills surf channels or really any channel. Stick with ambient stuff with no lyrics.
No it doesn’t, music preferences are subjective, what is awesome for you might be bad or boring for many others, and can’t you see the distance from where it was recorded? Most likely ambience sounds will be just random guys talking, if you prefer that there are many other videos uploaded about the event, live and let live
You must be quite unhappy, get some therapy and start seeing the light. Art is art who are you to judge.

A new bar has been set for Naz footage. Thanks for taking it to the water for the real view. The interview with Lifeguard Orando summed up how a waterman views his world. I personally prefer the roar of the surf for a soundtrack, but I know that is difficult. Well done, thanks.

That day 2 looked absolutely disgusting. Day 3 didn’t look as hectic as day 2, it looked bigger, but day 2 looked very unpredictable and chaotic.
Would like to know the size of them after they analyze the footage. The 100’ ers I’ve seen looked way bigger, but maybe it’s the camera angles
