      I live in the southern most part of the state of Missouri in the United States and our bus travel is horrible! People are cram packed on smelly, dirty buses that don’t seem to care about their patrons. The Last long distance bus trip I took was a nightmare! The bus smelled like a toilet, the floors were sticky and a very smelly, dirty man kept trying to sit next to me and rub his leg on mine. The bus driver did nothing and I never felt safe on that trip. I’ll never travel by bus in the USA again!

      Bus travel in the US is like voluntarily buying a ticket to hades. If you don't carry survival gear and say your prayers, you will be repentant. I have been stranded in a bus on the side of the road in sub-freezing temperatures because the bus broke down. I have slept on the floor of a bus station for two days waiting for the connecting bus. I rented a car and just drove. I've been on many bus tours, and they are nearly as bad as Greyhound. So, carry food, water, sleeping bag, water filter, books, cell phones, external batteries, and medications if you need them. Be prepared for beggars and riff-raff. Sit near the front and do not use the onboard toilet. Nowadays my family travels in a camper van. I wish our public transportation in the US was half as nice as in Japan.

      Nice bus. Here in Brazil we got a "Leito", thats something like that, but theres no privative room with walls and doors. Just a seat like that and some space that you can sleep. But to much expansive. People use it only if you're going pretty far here.. well, Brazil is pretty big so.. it take hours to go to any other state. 8 Hours is pretty fast. Nice video as always. Grettings from Brazil, Sao Paulo .. Take care!

      I am in the United Kingdom and our infrastructure is basically shit; trains and buses and everything doesn't arrive on time and half of them are all on strike. We have some of the lamest services in the developed world. I think you people in Japan are extremely lucky for the level of service that you get on trains and buses; you are treated like royalty by your service providers, who are always on time and take such a pride in their jobs.

      I noticed something similar when watching vending machine video. It seems the Japanese are loners unto themselves but in a weird inverse, hive minded. They don't seem to like the human experience.

    • @cmeride79
      @cmeride79 8 месяцев назад +1

      @@user-jt5vm3mi1w Actually, @potatojoe370 has a fairly valid point. It's a strange kind of combination, but with basis. I've grown up with Japanese culture - from my youth throughout high school - in Hawaii and CA, and so became familiar with many mannerisms, tendencies. In general, oversaturation with the human experience just doesn't work. Hence the predominant existence of a fastidious nature, private-minded appearance. If you were to take these scenes and put them on U.S. soil, I daresay they'd yield a vastly different video experience. *Vastly, lol.*

    I appreciate the quietness and the peace here. I don't think that is even possible in the US. Everything is rowdy and loud here from what I've witnessed. Japan seems so much more calm and organized. I think my only struggle there would be communication and not understanding japanese language and writing. Otherwise I could totally live there. Just seems like a place you wouldn't have to worry that much at all. ❤️ Much love to Japan! I've never been before and hopefully one day I will get the luxury to go there and to China. ❤️🥂 Live love from the USA ✊ and from the South 🥂 that was really a peaceful ride. US needs to take note and provide more amenities like this for us here. I'd love to take the bus if it was closer to me. Being out in the country kind of sucks even though I'm still in the city basically I'm in the country and don't no buses come around here unless it's blocks away. I also wish that they would create lanes just for scooters and mopeds to travel. It would make it easier for people to commute and it would be safer and cheaper.

    In the captions I noticed a mispelled word. I'm not trying to be the grammar police, but just thought I'd mention it. Porifier, is spelled Purifier.
    Good video here. I'm impressed by this bus.

    I'm pretty sure what heated the Bento box is not unlike what's in a U.S. Military MRE where there's a bag with a chemical when exposed to Water cause a reaction that warms the box.

    How do they even make money? You got to think, they can only make $1500 with a full bus based off your ticket price. That has to pay the driver, buy the fuel, all the little amenities and garments they give you, the water, the lavatory services, the parking spots, the real estate……They can’t make more than a just few dollars per passenger.

    Namba station is a maze, keep extra time to get lost. Location is perfect, right in the center of everything.
