You actually went wrong to someone’s question about the shards, he was asking about how to convert POKEMONS into SHARDS, so basically you just let them go into the wild in the computer at the nurse, and you get shards from 10-15-20 which depends on their rarity

Oh I misread the question as: converting pokemon from shard. Because I don't think the game can change from pokemon to shard :D

Yes, I found the solution. Even though I was using the latest version of Bluestacks, the problem persisted. My character was standing like a cross, and the Pokémon continued to appear bugged. If there are friends experiencing the same issue, the solution is to change the language of your phone or Bluestacks to English. It's very strange, but this way you can fix the game.
