Why didn't you use the 360mm version of the aio considering the rest of the buid?

There are not much different in term of temp, since the case is so big. If we put at the top, it will look wired since we have only 240 version available.

No thermal paste?
Using the stock thermal pad on Aio instead of applying thermal paste isn't a good idea for a 13900k with a 240mm AIO. your CPU would thermal throttle.
13900k are toasty CPUs, it is always recommended to use a 360mm AIO for that kind of high-end toasty CPU.
Radiator fans are installed incorrectly!! Why are you pulling in HOT air. ???

I have similar build same GPU, but a 12900K with a 360mm Deepcool LS720mm aio, with an Asus Tuf z690 D5 and a MSI MPG a1000g PCIE5 atx 3.0 psu, with custom cable mod cables, and a Lancool II mesh performance case. BuilT it for a little under 3 grand all parts from microcenter. I feel like 240mm aio is like the bare minimum you could use for that cpu.. definitely no overclocking going on in that space heater lol. I highly recommend getting the thermaltake lga 1700 contact frame (it's easier to work with than the thermal grizzley while being cheaper, and achieving the same and if not even better results) It dropped my temps drastically like 15c, and I can actually OC my cpu without thermal throttling now.
I have the 13900kf he is using in almost identical build and 360MM is what I have and your 100% Right any smaller I would be skerd!
to be honest my case is probably cooler then what his is also and still would not go lower
