Perhaps, next time, you can stagger the tires vertically and horizontally, and you will have a stronger retaining wall since staggered joints usually results in more structurally sound construction.
Just saw this video. Nice attempt to revitalize HQ2. Rather than stacking the tires on top of each other, they should have been placed in a braided pattern which would provide greater strength. Build similar to how you make a concrete block wall, where the blocks are staggered. Think of the link of a chain, similar concept. Hopefully you'll be able to revise it. Much love and blessings.

Surf some pretty small colorful stones put on top the finishing sand in the tires for a beautiful finish
