Do we know anything about the Unlimited Everfest release? I keep hoping it’s more than just a reprint minus coldfoils.

I watch your other channel and i enjoy your content. Flesh and blood is not magic and thats why I love it. Keep up the good work red zone. If it wasn't for your content fab would probably be an after thought.

Any chance you'll cover 'Alpha Clash' on your channel?

Well my LGS dropped FaB because no one wanted to play. They just settled for commander so I basically wasted money enjoying a game and no one stayed. I can see the future of the game in 2023 and unless something spectacular happens out of left field, the game is gonna die

Spectacular like a world championship with a $100,000 winners payout? I know it has to be frustrating when things don't work out with local friends, as I had the same thing happen to me on Whidbey Island. But to say a game is going to die just because it isn't blowing up in your immediate area is small minded and flat out false, dude.

@joshuahburkhart9733 you gotta look at the macro POV of it. There's more support for Digimon and My hero Academia than this. I'm not one to downvote this game because I thoroughly enjoyed it. Almost have a playset of all the sets up until dynasty but more LGS, not just 1, have been dropping support in favor of commander players and nothing LSS has plans for this year has changed. PvE is one thing but if it bombs or doesn't hold up to expectations, then that's it.
Money payouts are a different thing entirely. So dude, you might not see long term, but if the path LSS is taking right now doesn't shape up to be more exciting or dynamic other than 3 sets a year, yeah the lifespan of the game isn't gonna last. Kudos to those who win the prize pool but that's nothing different than any other TCG out there.

@@jasoncook2715 that's in your area, that's explicitly not a macro view, but a micro one.
And the 40,805 Armory Events last year had to come from somewhere.
Also, at least in my area, FaB support is decent enough over all. of the two LGS around, one's still planning to host an Outriders Pre-relase, and a PQ despite the fact they'll need to rent playspace for this after they ahd to get rid of their in store paly area during covid.
The other has no sanctioned event's yet, but does have people play there regularly, and usualy no issue getting FaB product.
Where as, contrary to your specific examples, neither of them even carry My Hero Academia or Digimon afaik. Much less schedule events for them.

MTG commander, urgh, find a better playgroup, that format is casual trash.

The competitive scene seems to be thriving. So in areas where people want that, it seems to be doing well.
People who are looking for an EDH style play (less competitive, multiplayer, political) won’t find that experience in FaB. (No, ultimate pit fighter is NOT a replacement)
But there are still many people who are really looking for the head to head battle that FaB excels at. And no metrics that I have seen are showing an overall slowdown of growth.
