Journaling is such a great way to expression your emotions and ideas. It's always a good feeling when you can get it out of your head and on paper, it can really give you clarity on things you may have been struggling with.

I don’t know if you’ll read my comment but it’s worth a try; I have a question. Can pouring out your feelings and thoughts, everyday, through journaling eventually manifest to your reality? I used to journal all the time I thought it was great & I still think it’s an amazing tool, but I kind of stepped away from it after years because of that thought. My mindset at the time was extremely negative and well reflected on that scared me and made me question, “Hold up, has my current reality been manifested from that period of expressing, what I felt at the time, onto these journals?” Now, the times that I do journal I mainly do it from a positive POV and don’t even allow myself to actually jot down the reality of how I genuinely feel Bc of that one thought. Anyway, just something I’ve been wondering and been meaning to ask someone. Hope you have a wonderful rest of your day. 💛
Daniela Alvarez In my opinion, if all you are doing is simply writing down your thoughts with the intention of doing just that, then the answer is no. That one thought you continue to have can be out of fear of things not going well. Write down what’s on your mind as a way to unravel what’s in your head and release any tension. Hope this helps. i really love the idea of journalling. it makes me more productive and i get things done faster. when i am done journaling i always have a clear head. i also make videos on self help, productivity and being the best you can be
It was so nice to have company while journaling. I took this up recently and on the good days I get distracted and think that I should stop early but this was encouraging and helping me balance out my days and keep the mind from cluttering by staying on track with 30 minute journaling even on the good days💕💕💕
This challenge starts on my birthday so I think it's fate for to try this. I struggle with self-love and have lots of anxiety, but I'm trying to love myself more and be confident. This was nice, it took me a second to start but once I did it came to me. I was able to come face to face with areas of my life that I want to work on in order to help me get rid of old habits and a remember "a thought is just a thought & doesn't mean it's true"

Ugh, my stressed and anxious mind needed this. I realised how much I have going on and how much all of the stuff in my apartment affects me. Every project is currently spread out on the floors of each room, and none of the projects are finished. I need to keep each project in my spare room, in neat piles instead. Woah.
I don't journal everyday but when I do, I can spend like 10 hours catching up. I felt bad lately doing it when I accidently found your video in my subscription box whiwh reminded that it was ok to journal. If you can journal up to half an hour per day and still be a productive successful entrepreneur, then I fee l fine. I also switched to typing instead of writing, because mistakes on paper would give me anxiety and writing by hand became exhausting and too much time consuming. So for a month I have been typing. I do intend on printing it though. Have a nice day)))
Wow I actually find that when I type and make typos it disrupts my flow, and when I write everything just comes out faster and flows nicer. Just my opinion tho :)

This was a cool concept and love that you're branching out with your videos. In practice though I would have really appreciated a voice intro and outro since my eyes were on journaling page instead of on the video.
Would love if you do a couple more of these with different ASMR in each so that there's a few of them to switch between them from time to time. Like if there was one in a park with the sound of wind and birds. Or one on a rainy day. 😊

This was actually amazing. I have been journaling from time to time but it's always very inconsistent. I follow your channel so I kept seeing this video on my youtube feed but I have been feeling so tired that I didn't start the challenge. But today was just too stressfull. Everything felt like it a huge weight was thrown at me and I just crumbled under it. It was too much. I got news on my university applications and know all my plans are all over the place. I might get to this other university that was harder to get in but it's also really far from home. I'm just not sure If I'm ready for this responsibility. I would need to move there without anyone I know. And I really don't know what to do. Waiting and not knowing what is going to happen is the worst part of this. I probably need to take up this challenge NOW because my mind is just too cluttered. I'm so stressed that I even notice it in my health.
