My friend you need at least intel HD 4000 to run it smoothly on low settings and your ram is enough to run. The game might run on intel HD 3000 but you wouldn't enjoy well. But you must try potato graphics for batter results.
My friend search carefully on the website "chip genius usb dev" you'll find it just write the "Phison" in the search bar as I did with my firstchip vendor.

My drive is encrypted by bitlocker software and it cant be read and write.I was trying to format but its not formating and showing write protected
Use this method to fix it but by this method your all data would be formatted.

"Controller Vendor" didn't appear to me.
Download the file again and make sure your antivirus or windows defender is turned off. And unplug the usb and change the port.
