    Today i want to talk about how to deal with the mental obstacles when you are out of running with an injury.
    If you're like me and running is your whole life, it can be very tough to work through the recovery phase.
    But we will get there! Let's keep pushing!

    Good video mate and yes completely agree with all your points. From someone who has struggled with MTSS for all my running life, I definitely believe a positive mindset is the key. Being laid off so often with injury is a tough one to take, so keeping positive helps, and mixing in none load bearing training to keep you on plan is a good point too.
    Hope you are back out there soon and your MTSS is just a blip.
    I’ve took 4 weeks off and now my personal plan for the rest of 2024 is easy paced endurance building. Focusing on distance not speed. I’m really considering switching to trail running, ultras etc and switching my mindset from fast races to distance goals. Who knows hey. But keep positive mate, it will come good 👍🏻
