This is the misinformation about the case, he was suspended for causing a scene in front of student when the principal asked him to use pronouns, if he had actually fought his case he’d be back working now but instead he arrived to work while suspended, entered the building and sat in a classroom instead and just continued to show up until legal action was taken

He is not being arrested for his beliefs. He got sacked, refused to stop coming in to the school, defied the principal and basically forced the school to have to get the courts involved. He defied that and now you're seeing the result.
