    Survival the fittest.
    Mostly either prestige issue or ego issue in sending the talent upwards.
    In future, AI will take care of these type of issues.

    Sir meeru cheppindi correct but oka point aithe agree cheyanu. ye manager 18 hours work cheyadu. India lo unna most of the manager are just puppets of senior management. Most of the toxic environments ki middle management is the problem.

    Basically unfortunately we are trying to discuss compromised survival behaviour of typical Service based companies of their personal culture and minset issues but this becomes lot of self respect compromise 😢 and this kind of thinking is not going to build real TEAM and open broad mindset. The people who are trying to show their personal culture mindset issues which will give greater team results and lead successful organization
