200% correct.......i worked 7years in single project ,,,,,all team members are like more than(75%work time) family ....
one day i got fired ...un expectedly. From that next minute to till date "No one called or talks" to me from the team(very mature persons).............No words to talk about their long relation....as a human No one colleague have or had a heartful relation.
After That time only i realized "All colleagues are NOT your friends" .
So No personal relation,
Just Act like Drama,
Focus on given Task to complete and Earn then check your- self where you want..
Keep in mind and maintain valuable relation with ONLY loved parents(always friends)... its a real facts
once cross verify with your HR, those team members must be the one's behind your firing
