Make Eye Contact: When speaking or listening, make eye contact with your colleagues. It shows that you are engaged and confident. However, be mindful not to stare, as it can come across as intimidating.
Practice Active Listening: Demonstrate your engagement and interest in what others are saying by nodding occasionally, using facial expressions to show understanding, and responding appropriately. Active listening fosters better communication and rapport with your team.
Use Gestures: Gesturing naturally with your hands can add emphasis to your points and make you appear more animated and confident. Avoid excessive or distracting gestures, though, as they may detract from your message.

Seek Feedback and Improvement: After team meetings, reflect on your performance and seek feedback from colleagues or mentors. Identify areas for improvement and make a conscious effort to work on them. Continuous learning and growth will enhance your confidence over time.
