Thank you so much Chris! Your videos are helping me get through my cravings. I am now smoke free for 5 days. I’m happier and feel amazing. I wish I would have quit sooner but hey, here we are.
Hi Christina, really glad the videos have helped :) Keep up the great work! I think we all quit when we're ready and the time is right for us..better to be grateful that we got here in the end than to regret something we can't change. Wishing you many more smoke free days! :)
Hi Chris, I actually got through today without smoking by thinking of good tips from your videos. Like how great it's going to feel once I am free and how everything in life will get better. I truly believe that now and want to be smoke free! All of your encouragement appears to be paying off 😃
That's amazing, great job! :) I'm really glad you got through the day! Keep up the great work because yes, better things are on the way!
Thank you Chris :) Just passed the 24 hour mark. Your support is very helpful. I'm so grateful for you and your videos. You're an awesome person!
Really happy for you! Keep the great work! Very proud that I could play even a tiny part in your journey :)
I'm 1 hour and 11 minutes in. Thanks for the tips I might actually quite it this time
Thank you chris your videos have helped me, 15 days without a cigarette after 28 yrs of smoking.
That ad placement makin the words resonate with that timing
Chris, I like your discussion about how quick a craving can pass and wanted to tell you that before I stopped completely, I would test this theory. I started skipping the morning smoke to see how I would feel. Later, I tried skipping the after eating smoke. Finding out that skipping these smokes that I thought were so important to me and then realizing I felt just fine without them helped to build my confidence to quit :)
That sounds like a great way to prepare for the big quit - After all, if you can get through those two smokes (they were the most important ones to me, too!) there's nothing you can't get through! :)
Yes, I didn't feel any pain without these smokes. I didn't do anything crazy, or freak out. It proved to me that I will survive without these smokes and all of the rest of them! 50 hours now and I'm doing just fine :)
Oh you'll do more than just survive - you'll thrive! Well done on making it to 40 hours! You've got this :)

Hi, Chris day 4 here cold turkey. Thank you for all the encouragement, advice,
and enlightment. All I can say is I learned my lesson. I'll never go to a gambling casino smoking area and expose
myself to smokers for prolong hours ever again. Thank you for this helpful video.
I did what you said I have phone notes and wrote down How it feels to be smoke free! It feels so healthy
That's awesome Lily, hope you find it helpful!
As well if someone is smoking next to you know that they also don't want to be smoking
Recently just found u and your inspiring me to quit. I’ve gone 2 days. I’m going to continue watching your videos and hopefully they will help me keep this up! Thank you Chris
fighting these urges infront of my friends in the starting was the most difficult task...when I learnt to be relaxed staying calm in these situations it gave me some kind of inner strength... it's all about first few weeks or months trust me you'd start feeling like a non-smoker past this time...my friends smoking infront of me was the biggest trigger so I fought against it...no doubt it was difficult for first few days bt it gets alot easier..
That's beautiful answer it's all about how u feeling in side
Thanks Chris
I always stated a line to myself when these urges came " it's not air, it's not water, you won't die if you won't smoke" it worked for me..and after a few weeks I could finally feel the demon leaving my body which is nicotine addiction..
Thanks Chris for your help. I’m really struggling with mindset as I have a 2 week vacation with all smokers. I feel like I need to really get my mind right to become successful and I thank you so much for your tips. I’m worth being free of this addiction!
Chris I have been enjoying your videos and I am in week 3 and I feel like bloody hell! I slipped up 2 or 3 times and smoked! I am thankful that someone else has been through this! I have smokers flu! You are such an inspiration to me 😉! Keep it coming and thanks 😊
