I did couple of mistakes, destroyed one coil, broke the small jig, again did one last mistake but I did built it. Now I know how to do it and just took first vape from the rebuilt coil. Thanks.
Lol, I just did the same thing. It definitely was in the wrong hole after removing all the cotton it was easier to see. Did manage to get it open by putting a small screwdriver through the correct holes, grabbing the screwdriver on each side, then using pliers to pull the base off. Won't make that mistake again, although the brass plate is not needed anyways using my method.
@@williammckeever4790 Well you're a couple of numpties aren't you? Actually I did the same thing by not observing the hole orientation correctly and broke my first gold plate, but luckily I had another 3 kits so used one from another kit. If you look at the coil you can clearly see the nail or rivet needs to go into the hole that aligns with the slot, not the other juice holes. Easy mistake to make but I won't make it again. Boy I had to screw that bugger tight to snap it too lol! Nevermind, I just ordered another 10 kits from eBay cos Australia currently has a total ban on sale or importation of ALL vaping related paraphernalia, so coils are hard to get. Rebuilding is a God send option for me!
This clip refers to using 3 legged mesh rather than 2 legs. The first and third "leg" are bent onto the ground or barrell of the coil whereas the centre leg goes in the middle to the positive or centre "power" pin in the middle of the base of the coil. I use this to refer to rebuilding Vaporesso GTX 0.2ohm coils using the Vapjoy kit "GTX 0.2E" kit that comes with the 3 legged mesh. There is a Vapjoy kit specifically for the GTX two legged mesh using same except without the "E".
Excellent videos bro! Pity you haven't done one for the Vaporesso GTX V2 rebuild kits as they are very popular. I vape 0.2ohm GTX coils in my pods exclusively but by watching the other videos they all basically work the same. I think the Vaporesso coils are a bit easier to work with than some others.
