{GRAPHIC} How many lbs of meat from one Deer?🦌 Teen girls and younger help get deer to freezer

- This is how much meat we got from an average size deer.
May be a bit Graphic for some viewers. But this is how it’s supposed to be done. Sure, there’s always lab meat and poorly raised animals from all sorts of other countries you can get in your local grocery store! Not us!
Skinned a deer and processed the meat to put in the freezer.
Family of all girls and dad make a day of putting some of the most healthiest and leanest meat you can get, in the freezer. - Развлечения
It's awesome that your entire family took part in the processing and packing of the deer meat. Wonderful family!
Some of the best meat you can have.
The girls as always are amazing.
Never stop showing them self- reliant activities and life hacks.
God Bless the family.
For sure! Thank you
Taking care of each other as a family learning how to survive and eat a healthy harvest! Good job Mom and Dad!
Thank you
Congratulations on the deer. It is, also, great to see the girls taking part in the filling of your freezer.👍
Thanks 👍
Well done, young and your Mrs. and well done young ladies! You'll be keeping yourselves fed when lots of others around you will be very hungry and young ladies, you're learning how to do so many other things that will keep you safe and healthy! I was guessing about 60-65 pounds of meat... wasn't too far off I guess. Now it's time to make sure your garden will produce more than you need. Looking forward to seeing Tylynn and Haylee getting their first and doing their own deer dressing. Again, well done, all! And as always, thanks so much for sharing your lives with us.... greatly appreciated! Take care, be safe and God bless.
Love this and everything about it. Keep the family involved and teach them the way. Oh, still chuckling over the “pick your brains” bit! 😂 Stay well my friend…
Mmmmm Mmmmmm those backstraps! Made good use of the tractor again too, and looked like a perfect doe to eat...nice job! Always impressed with the girls, chips off the 2 great blocks! Well done again and God bless y'all
Man i'm jalours you have 4 daughters. I have two of these 15 year young girls. Last time i showed then the base ball stick left from the front door because it was he first time they asked me why. I told them it is for boy friends who want listen to me....
- Haha, you must had seen her faces. It was wonderful. And yes after all these years of caring for them when they were ill or had pain i'm the one who will care always for them. I told them too the 1st boy friend who will come to that door will have a conversation with me....haha.
- That was done with us too in the old times. I mean the 60th. And i'm a tradition man so let life these traditions. I hope i will be not strong to these boys but that is my fun now as a father who cares for his babies. I love them all so much and it hurts me the most when they are sad.
- I think every good father can imagine this too.
I hear yuh. ❤️
Great Crew. Your young gals are a huge asset to the Family Homestead. They are learning phenomenal skills. Your brain picking jests may scar them forever. One day they will break out in a grin. Best
Don't let anyone grieve you for how you feed your family. And worry not. I've dressed an animal, but I'm eating breakfast while watching today and I'm nothing but entertained. And informed. Thank you.
Good to hear! Glad the brain part didn’t make you squeamish 😆
Glad Dave & Brooke could help out 😂. Nice processing job 👍🏻 Hopefully I get one this season too. Fed my dogs for a year on roadkill back in the 90's. 🐾🙏🏻✌🏻
Roadkill has to be much better than the junk dog food these days!
@@9252LIFE absolutely brother!
Amazing how one of Gods creatures can bless so many❤️
Chad you are such a woodsman feeding your whole family from the land. And your kids learning from their Dad and teacher on the Homestead. I don't eat any red meat sometimes chicken. But if I DID would love to have dinner with you and your Beautiful FAMILY. Congratulants! On your Buck. Hi sweet Beautiful Girls XXXOOO and Mom Naomi. Be well Be safe Be happy And GOD BLESS YOU ALL. 😊❤❤✌✌🤟🤟🙏🙏
Looks like you might need a bigger garden. Dave & Brook Wipple, Whoop! Whoop!
I do not grind any into burger. If it does not get into a roast, or steak, then it goes for taco meat. Or I can it for stews. It is great your whole family helps out. It is a skill that they will never forget. Love watching Brooke and her husband as well. Thanks for sharing.
It was beautiful to watch everyone working together
Nothing going to waste. And everyone sharing the workload awesome just Awesome
BEAUTIFUL ❤️ Everything about this is Beautiful. Love you guys 🥰❤️

@@9252LIFEAwwww, you guys are spoiling me ❤️

great job teaching next generation to survive and live
hopefully the power that be leave channel alone as I believe your family setting great example for living
Thank you. And RUclips already pinged us for the graphic content of this video so we’ll see
Jeff (of Gridlessness) got a tag for a Bison and the family went on a hunt to bag a buffalo. They posted the video today. If you haven't already you should check it out. This particular video is Gridlessness' best hunting video to date. The fact that your family (whom I lovingly refer to as Gridlessness south) got a white tail deer in the freezer and you also posted your hunting success today is very interesting. What with WW-3 banging on the front door I believe that your co-successes are a sign that the good Lord is making sure that the homesteading families that He has chosen to fruitfully multiply humanity into the coming next Earth Age have enough meat to get you at least through next winter. You're doing such a good job Chad. You are a great man who has a lot to be proud of. I personally hold you in the highest regard.
Take care friend. sincerely, Dean O. :-I
Thanks Dean O! I will have to check that out when I get a chance. I don’t get the chance to watch much RUclips lately but when I do, it’s usually Gridlessness and a couple other favorites. Take care
Wow, that's an awful lot of good eating there!! It's awesome that the whole family pitched in. I would have kept the head and had it mounted. Take care and God Bless y'all always
Tight family and nothing goes to waste!
Interesting - I took down a 45 yr old sycamore tree in my back garden last Sunday thinking it'd give me enough wood for the log burner to last 4/5 years. Turned out there's barely enough for 1 year. Size can be deceiving! Mind you, your deer looks good, I can smell her roasting as I type, best wishes from Essex England 👍
Did the girls find it at all satisfying to process free food? It's a great lesson for them to have learned for sure.
They actually didn’t mind cutting out all the fat and connective tissues. They just wasn’t a fan of the brain part.. 😆
I would be grossed out on that part too, but also fascinated. The one who said she was gonna hunt the next one would probably find it more interesting on her own kill. That is a must film moment, please. 🤣
@@PaullaWells definitely!
That deer will make a big difference this winter . Great supply for the family . Thanks girls and especially wife for all your help .😃💕🙏💕
The way of life ! !!!
Super great video, I lived in Michigan, my uncle Bob would go hunting. Higgins Lake, now I live 5 hours away by plane. Do a video on Michigan's spring water, sometime. It would be very interesting.
Dad jokes for the win!
It is wonderful that children know where food comes from. Slaughtered chickens, the deer, eggs, the goats, all sources of protein. It's reality, not some plastic-coated supermarket product on your plates. Reality is the absolute best.
Going into winter with full freezers is always a good thing!
For sure
Great job everyone I love the family participation love your videos
Thank you
I love the way you are with your children. You’re doing a great job. Keep them out of the city. Lord knows our cities are really bad you’re doing a great job both of you.
My youngest granddaughter went out with her Dad the first day of archery and had a nice buck walk under their tree stand but she got 'buck fever' and couldn't shoot it so the son in law filled his tag. 😁 Nice to see that Halee and Tylynn will be going out. All the luck to them.
At least they got one. Yes that buck fever is no joke! I get it still even with does!
@@9252LIFE, 😂 I'm 69, and I don't hunt anymore. I remember asking my Dad why he stopped hunting, and he said "Because after I pull the trigger the work begins, and I'm retired".
@@AJfanboy1 he’s right about that! But well worth the work!
@@9252LIFE, I thought so too, until I turned 69. 😊 Now I beg for scraps off one of the deer my son in law shoots. 😂
got a spare chicken i could get till spring? lol Another good video Chad nice to see all yaw working hard to prepare for the upcoming winter thx for bringing us along
Thank you! We’ve got a chicken or two you could borrow! 😆
I think you should put a link to your other channels in the description & on the main page.
Awesome Chad thanks for being a real American.

Nice doe. Sure is nice to have the extra help butchering deer. Does everyone in the family enjoy venison?
Good hunt when the meat is on the table ! Awesome seeing a family work together to get the job done, 30 lbs bagged it was a nice deer, Get the odd whitetail around here that makes 35-40lbs , Nice to see youngsters learning the whole process & wanting to be a part of it :)
Just awesome amount of meat for the family 👏👏👏👏👏.
Nice harvest. Good job. Thanks for sharing

Thank you Ron!
Ok your the second person I've seen process a deer this week must be in the air! Good Job to bad about the tenderloin best part of the deer I know that is matter of opinion. I guess it's about what you plan on cooking. This time of year chili and deer jerky sounds good.👍
Good to let the kids see where meat comes from m8 keep up the good work and videos m8 big love to you and your family ok🙏🙏✌✌
Thanks 👍
I know David Whipple very well! We went to school together and even did some partying together! Thanks for sharing! Ask him if he is still a Mohawk?

Nice deer, Chad. That will help fill the freezers. And only one dad joke???😅

wow yuo are so lucky natures bounty ..enjoy
This should be taught to all kids who are meat eaters. I was taught and I know what parts of all animals of what I eat.
Good video, thanks for sharing, God bless !

Thanks for watching!
GREAT VIDEO, beautiful day.
Thank you
Never did that before. Interesting. Do you soak the meat in a brine or something to remove gameness?
Looking good. Have you tried bbqing the ribs, doesn't look like much meat but you do get a nice feed. Thanks for sharing.
Was a pretty bad gut mess inside when I field dressed er. Didn’t want to chance eating any of the rib area. Ended up not even keeping either tender lions as the one I thought was good had gut matter all intertwined in the meat.
@@9252LIFE Better safe than sorry.
Fantastic
The girls did an excellent job of cutting up and packaging the venison! I know who to call if I get fortunate enough to shoot a deer this year. Todd from da U.P.
Lots of deer up here!
Very well done. Nothing left over and killing not just for fun. That chicken meat looks great. Looks like you have enough meat for the winter. Yes the vegetable is low but you can exchange with one of your neighbors. Meat for vegies. Take care.
Thank you!
I'm shocked by the vertical leap of Tylyn (sorry if that's the wrong spelling). It's like you put her on the rack. She doesn't even look like the same person. The short cherub faced girl is gone.
Great video some great eating healthy too
Not how I do it but you get a follow for raising the kids right.
Thank you
do you use the head ?? my auntie made deer head soup it was amazing but she is gone and i dont think any one every got her recipe .....sad that our native culture is going by the way side as not many are interested in it hugssssss
Only use the head for the brains for tanning hydes
i WAS A BUTCHER IN PAST AND I HAVE CUT DEER FROM ROADKILL MYSELF. LOVE DEER VENISON
Dog is highly interested in the dressing process😂
He sure is! 😆
cool.
suggestion try making jerky open fire possibly use willow or birch for fire / smoke
Sounds delicious
My aunt Canadian first nation people would go hunting in high country absolutely primitive off grid on horseback and kill and process on the mountain and bring back deer jery smoked via fire she also do salmon fresh caught to the fire dried and smoked some times salmon be just sun dried sure was good
Man I bet those chickens are mighty tasty!
Very!
looks delicious
Hello again! Well, see you were blessed with a beautiful deer. This video is very entertaining and educational. I have a question for you. There are many deer where I live also, inside city limits. My question is. Why do they come and just hang out in front of my yard at night? They seat in front of my yard mostly around 12:00 to 3:00 am. I see them through the home security cameras. They just lay there looking around in all directions. The neighborhood is full of home front yards. They seem to like only mine. Why Chad? Hope you have an answer. (David, Texas, USA)
I believe they do that because predators like coyotes, wolves, and such won’t normally go into those places with human scent. Deer feel safer their. And maybe your grass is tastier and softer than your neighbors. 😆
Thank you for your reply. I understand now how they think to stay alive and or feel safe.@@9252LIFE
Great job! Let's see some cooking videos now.
My wife said when I redo the kitchen and make it look and function halfway decent she’ll do some cooking videos. 😆 so ima say it’s gonna be a bit for the cooking vids..
t
here cool have them Subscribed :)
❤
Call them your "little fleshlings"
Take the neck and ribs (cut in half) and put them in a crock pot/pressure cooker for about 40 minutes then grill and bar b que it!! MY OH MY!!! There's a LOT MORE meat there than what a lot of people realize!!??
The shot was placed near the rear of the deer and punctured the guts so I didn’t really want the rib cage area meat. The dogs don’t mind.
@@9252LIFE Yeah...good call!! But if you get a clean shot...try the rib/neck meat! My brother was throwing it out and didn't realize how much meat is there!
@@tclodfelter8789 we do the neck meat. Will definitely try the ribs next time
@@9252LIFE btw... your quarterly reminder... 4wd cable!! LOL

I'm surprised that this had so many ads on it.
It shouldn’t! RUclips put a limited ad strike on me for all the gore!
@@9252LIFE That's YT, two faced in what they do
Did you have it checked for CWD
No she was a very healthy deer.
this reminds me of red dead redemption 2
So it means a lot more now when you tell your kids to use their brain or I'm going to tan your hide.😂
😂 So that’s what my Grandma always meant by that! 😂
Lots of meat on those ribs.... We've been great for chili.❤
that was amazing video and to see your daughters helping processing your deer and packing the doe up in the freezer hope two of the girls will be able to kill a deer of their own and your family should try the heart of the deer it is really good to eat
We won’t eat any organs as we try to eat more of how it was taught in the Bible. It seems as if that book is kind of a owners manual kinda of how to live life. Quite an interesting read.
Yummy ❤❤❤❤BACKSTRAP!!!!!!!! Great video
Thank you
Man you could have had BBQ ribs. Deer ribs are delish
The guys blew up inside . Didn’t want to get a bad taste in the mouth
