Orion is definitely one of the best new gods in terms of power, comic storylines, and importance. Being a son of Darkseid alone makes Orion interesting. I honestly hope he gets more appearances in and out of comics in the future.
He probably would have appeared in the next justice league movie since the last one was focused around father box technology and apokolips. But since the cinematic universe is getting a revamp and new direction that may not be possible anymore.

I have mixed feelings about this character, but if Darkseid is going to be involved, involving Orion and Mr. Miracle is a must. Martian Manhunter not being involved by this point in the DC cinematic universe is downright criminal now that the motherbox Darkseid world is involved.

Superman movies would be so much better if they included characters on his level like Orion, but on top of being nigh invincible he also has unbreakable plot armor.
Yes I would some day like to see Orion on the big screen. I would like to see Orion as a DC MULTIVERSE action figure. To see him as a 9 or 10 inch tall DC MULTIVERSE action figure. But with some accessories. Like that machine he always flying around on. But I forgot what it's called. 3 different face sculpts. One wearing a his helmet. And another one without his helmet, his natural face. And the other one with a angry face with red eyes.
Orion may be violent but he does have a heart for his brother Scott and never gives up in his fight for the greater good
