- Watch 🎥 as our soaring E-7A Wedgetail aircraft on Operation Kudu supports the multinational effort to provide early warning for potential threats from Russia outside of Ukraine.
The E-7A Wedgetail contingent flew around 250 hours with missions averaging five hours in the air. Up to 100 Australian Defence Force personnel deployed to Ramstein Air Base, Germany, in support of the E-7A’s mission.

Thank you so much for your participation 🙏 it was a pleasure to have you here in Germany. 🇩🇪
The e-7 wedgetail is one of my favourite planes ❤️
Good work boys and girls
Saw my first IRL Wedgetail this morning, it was descending towards RAAF Edinburgh while I was walking with my grandsons.
Cool! They sure are an impressive sight considering they only 14 have been made
Are you sure it wasn’t a Poseidon as they are based at Edinburgh and share the same airframe
@@justana3507 Have they started installing that distinctive radar on the back of any Poseidons? I can tell the difference and I am well aware of Edinburgh's 10 and 11 squadrons, having lived in the area for 50 years. Entirely possible it was there for reasons connected to ARDU or any number of other reasons but it was definitely a Wedgetail.
Me finding out that the RAAF has more subscribers than the RAF :😮💨😮💨😮💨🔥🔥🔥
Such a beautiful aircraft
I'm sure this is a repeat.
