For me whenever Tung is Danny boi's plus one the funniest part(s) i wait for is when Danny ask sidekick Tung a question about the grinds...usually there's a long pause, dead air prior to a response...after forcing Tung for an one word answer... *Then* the long pause from Danny and slow turn to the camera with his mic.....
and *his face* says it all..... *"What da f__k?! with me cracking up laughing....YOU KNOW*
You got me hooked on Beef Chow Fun. Downtown Chinatown is overpriced for tourists; who pay high prices for mediocre food. I live in Flushing, which is the largest Chinatown in the world, and I get a great Beef Chow Fun at any Chinese restaurant(I’m cheap like you, since I order takeout) double the portion for $9.75 including tax! When I get home, I pour that Croton reservoir tap water-yum, yum.
Ting’s chicken feet looked like they were taken from the trash bin at Popeye’s😀
You have to bring Tung along with you all the time. He makes your videos MORE exciting and gives us that ONO taste when he eats anything. Keep up the food videos............good job.

I like this restaurant from the get go. Lots of Asians eating. I would like to remind you that chicken feet are a delicacy! Anyway, good food and company (Tung-ster) really brightens your production and even makes bland food appetizing. Life is good, enjoy! Great vlog Danny!
When Tung rejects the chicken feets, the beef don't taste like beef and the noodles don't taste like noodles that is unacceptable!

Nope. Tung does not look like a younger version of Steve. Similar, but, different. Steve seems to be on a different level, classier, like Mr. Howell on Gilligan's Island. Tung is like the working man, like Gilligan. Both would be great to eat a meal with. The BCF was expensive! I might've gotten the seafood chow mein instead. I definitely would've ordered it without bean sprouts for that price and asked for some Sriracha since there is a shortage of it.. Too bad the food didn't seem that good. Lol...sending food back in a Canto restaurant could be asking for trouble. Good video. I'll might have to rewatch your other New York videos to figure out where to eat as there is a chance I will be there in about 2 months.
Just thinking...if I was starving and only had chicken feet to eat from Seng's, I'd like my epitaph to read "He died with out feet" 🙂

Danny and Tung are the Dynamic Duo. I think that Tung's nice skin is due to the collagen in all the chicken feet he consumes. I wonder if the restaurant goes easy on the salt, to please the customers on a salt restricted diet - you can always add it but you can't take it out, as they say. I prefer to see more sear on the beef and noodles - needs a smoking wok!
Sorry, but Chinese food is NOT HEALTH FOOD. Chef will season the food for taste with SALT and MSG too. We have asked for less salt and they nod YES but it's the same food anyway.

I don't know if Tung has ever spent time around chickens, but I have when I was growing up. I spent a lot of time at my grandparents' home and they had a big chicken coop with maybe 30 or 40 chickens. Chickens spend their lives walking in chicken shit, 24/7. There's no way, IMO, that all the remnants of chicken shit can be gotten out of those chicken feet.

I know this is a late comment but you like beef chow fun so much I thought I would mention a place which is highly recommended by JL Jupiter as his favorite at Kum Kau in Bed Sty in Brooklyn. Give it a try if you haven't already.

I went there today for Dim Sum. I was kind of disappointed. I like the Dim Sum at 33W. 33rd St.

DANNY THE MEDIC- TUNG should have complained and not had to eat bad chicken feet, in my opinion ANY place who makes unacceptable food should either REPLACE the food cooked fresh, or refund that portion of the bill. Just my 2 cents as a WORKING MAN💯
That's risky depending on the morals of the chef. If there's something really wrong, like tastes sour bad or way overly salty like soup (I had both the other night with gravy), I'll say something so they don't continue serving it, but I never ask for another and I have all of my hepatitis vaccines.
@@easystreetwithjen IF it is that bad then I would just get up and leave, and then FRY them on Google reviews. The disgusting places or horrible service places I have done that, out of 10 great reviews I have had to make 2 bad reviews!
@TheSpritz0 The rest of my food was fine, and leaving over 1 bad item is a bit dramatic since you still have to pay for any other food you ordered. You can't just walk out without risking arrest. I don't have that kind of energy. I just eat what's good, pay my check, tip the server (it's not their fault), and leave.

@@easystreetwithjen I really do not have a favorite food, I was in the Army for 11 years and tried many foods all over the world I appreciate MANY foods, the most important thing is that they are WELL MADE- "from the heart". That's why I watch these videos, sometimes you see some amazing place and the food is SO INCREDIBLE the food disappears so quickly they have to order more! THAT is the magic! I myself have experienced that in Philippines, Germany, Cyprus, and Kosovo- as well as USA and Canada. I LOVE food, but I still work out 5 days a week and am muscular.

Definitely not the best Beef Chow Fun in NYC. If you want to add flavor instead of using generic "brown sauce" ask they make it in Black Bean sauce and chili paste.
Another chicken feet episode video and Danny tried to be funny. There are no toenails and toenails were removed before cooking. If you hate feet so much but should not defer from other people enjoying, it. I would stop eating and return the two bad dishes. And by adding hot chillis sauce was wrong. Try adding soy sauce or dark soy sauce., Hot sauce only taste hot and nothing more.
this was the kind of hot sauce that had savory flavor in it also!
