In summer of last year, I came across a video on youtube that showed off CheatEngine 5.5 working it's magic in DA:O. In the video description it directed you to a site where the instructional video on how to Use the program to achieve the same results. In order to access said video, one had to complete a survey to unlock it. I went through with the survey(s) which were a complete pain in the ass and order to watch the video. I was successful and went on to elevate my character in DA:O to GOD mode. But recently, I found out that this video:

no longer directed you to that website. In fact the link in the description now takes you to a service where you HAVE TO PAY 5 BUCKS TO WATCH THE VIDEO. to me this was FUBAR so i backtracked through my browser history and found the original link which was still active. I then proceeded to complete more surveys to once again unlock the video. HOWEVER
this time I got my hands on the core video and as a service to every decent cheater out there, am uploading it so you all may watch and learn. ENJOY!
I keep coming back to this video every time I play through DA:O. Great video. It's helped me countless times.

It worked. Guys Please do watch the video till the end. I tried to only watch it for the first 2 mins on the stat cheat thinking that I can do it, but I've finished it and it works :)
August 23, 2019 - Thanks a lot man, tried with CE 6.8 and worked like a charm. Now i no longer need to rely on that annoying exploit in the fade.
So I gotta say I come back to this video time and time again. Each time I reinstall DAO and feel like playing it I do this. I have maybe 400 hours played on the game (split between DAO and DAO: Ultimate). This guide makes those replays so much more fun.

After using this technique, my char cant increase stat anymore for every level up.. level up button in character got greyed out and no plus button showing.. anyone have the same issue? Where did I go wrong

doesmt work i thimk its a 4byte value at this poimt i foumd the values but they will mot freeze
the only way i could think of getting it on ps3 or xbos is if you have a usb and transfer it to the xbox from a save data

actualy yes you can i did with mine my dog as well but its little diffrent then this. what you do is get cheat eng and make it on float not dec the lvl them up so they have 3 skill points talents and attrib points then put in 3 scan use point scan the number 2 use point scan the number 1 it should bring up 2 diffrent codes then right click and change the number to whatever you want like 1000points sklls talents change it back to 0 when your done. download a auto click for faster lvling

the skills cheat doesn't work for me I tried everything I replayed the skill part did everything you did but still failed what else can I do the others work though
Try this: Using exact value and double e.g. If you have 1 skill point do first scan using exact value 1 and value type set to Double, use 1 skill point, you are left 0 points to spend so scan again using 0, then go back to game and undo the skill point, you have 1 point again to spend, so scan again using 1, look for the result that has the 1 as value double click on it and change the value to your hearts content. Use it also on attributes. happy gaming.

yes it will work, just use the value type : double , for attributes , skill and spell points . type the amount you have for lets say attributes ( 5 ) points in the search box, then use 1 point ,search for the amount you have left ( 4 ) points, and so on till you get your value. after that just simply change that value to something big like 999999 or just only so mush that you have a small boost , if you are too over powered the game gets lame very fast

Save the addresses and Freeze them DO NOT CHANGE THE NUMBERS I DO NOT KNOW HOW IT COMES OUT. then your skill points and when u click next get to the points you want then unfreeze them and it reverts :D
ya i dont even no what that is but if you do what i did you will be a god lol or you could just type the cheat in and become immortal that what i did so i never die and i have max everything haha
