To be director in Deutsche bank it 12-15 years of work experience and tax in Germany beyond 66,760 euro is 42%, which means almost half of your income above 5000 euro goes to the government. Besides that you have to pay rental expenses, household expenses, and other contributions to the government. If you consider the study time as well you will need approximately 20 years to reach that position. So, it's not significant income and also if you consider purchasing power parity it doesn't sound too much. So, share all the information before exaggerating in the title.

Thank you for explaining the title. This was not about Deutsche Bank.

@raman.jaiseri To be director in any post it would take 12 -15 years in any firm and any business. Also, taxes in Germany is very high - simply mentioning your salary doesn't reflect the true picture of your income - where income tax is as high as 42%. I hope you might have heard about PPP (purchasing power parity) which helps in more meaningful comparison. Let's not make the normal employment in Germany as astronomical success. Many Indians in Germany also tried making videos exaggerating their salary by converting it into INR however they don't mention taxes, living cost, contributions to various government schemes including insurance and above all purchasing power parity.

Thank you for your comment. At DVAG, becoming a Direktor in 5 years is achievable-if you're skeptical, I can provide contact details of those who’ve done it. You're right about high taxes, but as self-employed individuals, we know how to optimize deductions to retain significant profits. Regarding PPP, it’s an important factor, but with proper financial management, we achieve sustainable success here. Feel free to reach out for more details!

@pranitakarki8781 According to data from the German Federal Statistical Office, the average annual salary in Germany is around 53,000 euros. Assuming a steady annual increase of 2-3%, a conservative estimate would be that it takes around 15-20 years to earn 100,000 euros, based on a simple calculation of annual salary increase.
Also, the exorbitant tax rate is another factor for your gross salary not being the accurate reflection of your disposable income. In the year 2025, in Germany, €100,000 a year after-tax is €63,435 annual, €5,286 monthly, €1,216 weekly, €243.15 daily, and €30.39 hourly gross income based on the most up-to-date tax year calculation.
PPP exchange rate will reflect true income of anyone domiciled in foreign country. For example, the PPP exchange rate between India and the United States is approximately 1 USD = 23.2 INR, as per WDI database. However, the normal exchange rate is 86.629 INR as of today. So, an Indian earning 100k in USA is earning approximately 24 lacs per annum based on PPP exchange rate.
As far as financial success is concerned, it can be achieved anywhere provided you are competent enough, dedicated enough and disciplined enough. ☺
