Sunday upload!! ☺️ Day 4 Vlogmas 🧑🎄 Today’s tour is an interesting one due to the amount of money spent by the owner to make this dream home 🏠 Over £4.3million of renovations and upgrades 💰Enjoy the tour! 🙌🏼
Incredible property at this price. Lots and lots of potential for sure. I watched only yesterday a 2 bed flat in London with an asking price of £5 M where as this property costs less than half. Mind blogging!
well it is London, my parents paid 1.5M for a home in Ladbroke Grove, Notting hill. And you don't get much compared to this but the city life is always better anyways
Well, the times are bad when it comes to money and he might need them, but at the same time it is not really the time to buy Luxury houses. So the seller is bound to get fucked if he's trying to sell in 2023 and the foreseeable future. Is awful to try and sell right now.. and buyers don't exactly have the money either..
No I'm originally from Huddersfield there's a gypsy family that are kind of famous around Huddersfield they'd have a house like this. They are like Love Island Tommy Fury Mollie Mae/Tyson Fury type plastic spastic gypsies this is probably their gaff. Flockton is the posh more money than sense part of Huddersfield....
I personally like the stairs leading upstairs. As far as stairs go, that's what I look for in stairs in a house with a first floor needing stairs to access said floor.
That is a spectacular house, I love the indoor leisure complex and swimming pool - it's unlike anything I've ever seen in a property before but it works really well. I'm still confused why the owner spent in excess of £4m on the renovations but is selling the house for £2.5m - it's still £2.5m more than I can afford but it feels like a bargain considering all the tech and the quality of the renovations.
That is an absolutely beautiful house and a great price, actually fantastic all round when compared to what you pay for a city apartment. This is way more my style, love it.
@@markhirstwood4190someone commented that the owner decided to move closer to his family so he sold the house. To me, ghost, broke, or rich guy doesn’t care about losing money.
@@markhirstwood4190 Do you think the realtors are trying to pull a fast one on this home? 5 million for renovations and selling for 2.5 million! HMMMMMN???
one small gripe is that, plz do the floor plan layout of each individual floor when ur entering the house not all at once and one more with a little more clarity to it and one more cover the brolls with the entry of the room till center it gives a clear perspective😇
Still can't believe the price for all what you get I think its stunning, and with some nice furniture ya can lift the house so it's not so sterile .. defo one I'd like to live in .. Some great parties you could have in this .. and what a pool after seeing that poky flat in London I know which one I'd like to move into.
Seen this house being built and progress, It's in a lovely little village, but that road it is off is a busy as hell cut thru for morning and evening traffic and for the price, shame it isn't set further back
It’s very clinical, wouldn’t give you that money for it, it’s more like a hospital than a home. I can totally understand why they have had to lose so much money on it.
Stunning property, amazing quality, downstairs impresses me more than upstairs, again 1 thing missing from all this is a lift to all floors. Never see this level of build quality and size on the south coast (with a sea view, not counting that £10m beast which lacks style). Sad to read comments that this property is built in a dodgy area.
@@sandrawestley4193 'dodgy'? That's not my opinion of Yorkshire as a county, its what people here have said about the local area where this house is, do you know this local area too and can vouch for it?
Too much money and probably a new toy/house to meddle with. Not envious as, instead of whining about the super rich, people should strive to get in that bracket.
Stunning house ,not to my taste car show room wasted on me as is the pool but trying to figure out the renovation cost against the asking cost of the house. ?seen so large rooms need tech degrees for solar panels lol
What a beautiful house and it’s close to me… not close to my bank count sadly but never mind I can dream… would need to buy the field next to it though as I got to grow my own veg and the kids need a park
Presumably a football club hired someone to create this but the footballer ended up not joining the club. The interior has no personality whatsoever but just ticks all the lottery winner boxes.
Any number of pragmatic and prosaic life scenarios. - Job relocation forcing sale. Emigrating business owner tired of Yorkshire rain retiring to the sunny Med. Divorce needing quick sale at reduced price to stiff the spouse out of their share. Multimillionaire footballer transferred abroad. - Refurbed to a very personal dream spec knowing £4m is way over the ceiling price for the location and it would never be reflected in the resale value. Could be a simple childhood emotional connection to the area - heart over head on refurb budget. - if those really are photos of his cars, he's used to losing large sums on resale - some have wealth to the point where not everything has to be a sound short term investment. I agree it doesn't make any sense to us mere mortals, but there's no guarantee a sale was part of their near term plans when they refurbed it.
Beautiful home ,amazing pool room .but the kitchen feel strange with 2 of every thing .dishwasher tables etc, the lounge area had a walkthrough feel to it not cosy at all. Cinema looked nice , bedrooms seemed cold looking , and it dont make sense to spend over 4 million on refurbishments to sell for half ,what's the reason.
My favourite pool there is another house i prefer but the pool area wow its perfect … i really dont like the bedrooms though those feature walls not nice or the ensuites but everything else wow x
This house has so much potential to actually be nice but in its current state is horrific. Why is there only one small and badly laid out living room? Not a homely home at all
What's everyone's thoughts on the swimming pool? Wowed by this underground, high tech setup or prefer ground level with a glass roof and sides for natural light?
I bought this house for 2.1 mil ....£185,000 was spent doing this house up on the inside and the land and build cost was 1.3million not over 4 million there were no Picasso's on the walls,no one would spend 3 times what the house is worth it was done up over 5 yrs ago aswell(I no the previous owner)
very nice property, doesn't look like anyone is living there though, doesn't seem to be anything personal around or signs of human life!!!, it is very minimalist and tidy!!! ....but a beautiful place..I like the car showroom!
Another awesome property. Almost too good to be true. Half the price of the renovations and those solar panels to sell energy back to the grid... c'mon what's the catch haha
Walking in the main door is like walking into an office building not a home. It isn't even like walking into a hotel because a hotel generally has a warm inviting lobby. I usually love the homes you show but not so much this one.
@@real-eyes-realise-real-lies That would definitely help but when you walk in the door the entry is small. There's a gray door frame with see through glass to the next room and stairs to the right with a glass railing. The floor tile is white with white walls and the gray door frames look like they could be metal. Looks like you walked into an office building. Only thing missing is a sign on the wall with the names and office numbers of all the occupants.

It’s built of York stone, in Yorkshire, it’s stone quarried from the area. It’s very hard against the winter weather.
