  • Today at Booze On The Rocks, we make a Strawberry Long Island Iced Tea. This long-style cocktail is slightly sweet, straightforward to drink, and modified. The strawberry syrup and lime blend with the main spirits, and the orange liqueur gives slight hints of orange. Try it out and let me know what you think.

Thank you David ... Here is my variation: I used Nesquik Strawberry 1oz to replace the strawberry syrup and silver edible luster dust. It turned out to be with nice flavour and really good looking with the sparkles ✨

Love the ice mess-up. And yes, keep the errors in on occasion. And I would be in favor of trying this with Sprite or something. One reason I like the LIIT is because it has a fizzy component.

Hi, David! I love your videoes. Can I would like for you try a cocktail I've recently learned from a bartender (mixlogist) in Copenhagen.
It's a riff on a Tom collins, and he didn't give it a name, but let's call it Copenhagen special. The recipie is:
40 ml of gin (preferably a gin with blueberrys and raspberry notes, a london dry is fine though)
20 ml of freshly sequessed lime juice
    20 ml of lime sirup
    10-15 blue berrys
    and
Tonic/sodawater (used at last stage to top the drink)
You start of with the 20 ml of lime sirup, then add the blue berrys; into a shaker. Then you muddle the blue berrys until, you see it turns purple/red.
After that add the gin and lime sirup.
Fill the shaker with ice, and shake for 10-15 sec
Dobble strain into your prefered cocktail glass, which you have added ice into.
Then top with either soda or tonic water
Hope you will give it a try.
    Much love from your Danish-fan.

Wow. Your red hue looks gorgeous. I made my own version of red long island. Same base - vodka, gin, silver tequila, white rum, triple sec - 15mls each. Freshly squeezed lemon juice and simple syrup (1:1) 22.5mls each. Shake them. Then top off with 90mls of cherry soda. I am using a tall glass of 400mls. I still prefer the taste of Adios MF and Long Island. I am going to try yours next time.
